Simply incredible. Here's a tip: if you book a table through their "Fork" app, you get a 50% discount on all food and desserts, but not drinks. It's a restaurant inside the Hyatt hotel. We ate there as a couple, and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was exquisite; you can tell they have a very good chef. The dishes are unusual, gourmet-style, but very filling. The staff was very attentive, and most of them speak English, which is much appreciated since it's a bit difficult to find in this region of Italy. We'll be back tomorrow.

Excellent experience. I ate truly deliciously. The octopus was perfectly cooked, tender, and impeccably presented. The beef carpaccio was heavenly: soft and flavorful. But the real treat was the ravioli filled with ricotta and burrata with a delicate lime cream... so good I didn't even have time to photograph them. Friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly memorable dishes. I'll definitely be back!

If you are staying at the Hyatt you’ve got no excuses not to go. Laidback open air concept with that indoor outdoor feel. Only drawback is you will have to deal with some mosquitoes. Food and service was excellent. The standout dish for me was the octopus. Slight crisp and meaty chew to it with some type of radish purée. Must try!!

Andrian was a great server and did a nice job explaining the tasting menu for my wife and I. He had assistance from Francesco and Soufia who were both on time with delivering courses and resetting silverware. The food itself was fantastic, very creative and well portioned. We highly recommend the tasting menu.

Wow. It's a full breakfast with made to order eggs (fried or poached), pancakes 🥞, and veggie or meat omelettes. Lots of fresh fruit and sweet breads. There's an semi-hidden option for café americano on the coffee machine plus almond milk, oat milk, AND coconut milk 🥥 for the lactose intolerant / vegans. Sausage, bacon, and really good ham available.

A sad experience for such a prestigious restaurant. The lady serving us wouldn't let us share the nine-course tasting menu with a friend. The menu says right on the menu that this offer is ideal for sharing. We like to try new dishes and we like to share food with a friend. From our own experience, neither of us would eat a nine-course tasting menu. We commonly see restaurants around the world that have no problem with this and even adapt to it. The waiter claimed that if one person comes and requests the tasting menu, they will get it. But since there are two of us, they won't let us. Too bad, for such a big money, one expects maximum customer service. Maybe next time.

4.7 stars. We had breakfast here both mornings during our stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. Wonderful breakfast spread covering hot, cold and in between for those unsure of just what they want to eat. The team here too was superb with their high level of service provided. This definitely is one of my all time favorites in the world when it comes to hotel breakfasts!
