It's kind of what you come to Italy for. It's located in an area that looks like you might get murdered but the food is absolutely great. It's a simple place, nothing super fancy or chic but the food is what you go for, classic Roman dishes done well at a reasonable price with good service, 100% better than the crap most people are eating up the road at the holiday park and paying more for. If you are staying at the park, venture out, and try the place. Also extremely good with gluten free and certified by the Italian coeliac society.

In een buitenwijkje vind je dit voortreffelijke typisch Romeinse restaurant. Geen pizza, maar de echte authentieke Romeinse keuken. Echte aanrader, tegen mooie prijzen!

05/04/2025: Small and cozy place, very kind and knowledgeable staff, the cuisine is really excellent. Well done!
30/03/2025: The atmosphere is very quiet. The service is certainly more formal and attentive than that of a simple trattoria. The menu offers only a few courses related to Roman cuisine, for the rest it ranges in the search for other regional specialties. Always with attention to quality.

25/02/2025: Ristorante che gode di una fantastica vista su Lungotevere Aventino, molto rilassante e suggestiva. Abbiamo preso un sauté di cozze e vongole come antipasto, tonnarelli al ragù di ricciola e trancio di ricciola con cicoria ripassata come portata principale; tutto ottimo, cotture eccellenti, sapori divini... complimenti alla cucina! Per concludere abbiamo ordinato un tiramisù e delle fragole, ottimi anche loro. Il locale si sviluppa su più livelli, noi abbiamo pranzato nella sala al secondo piano, molto elegante e si gode di una sensazione di assoluta tranquillità e relax. Servizio impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista, complimenti anche al cameriere. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, conto nella norma rispetto alla posizione ove è collocato il ristorante. Torneremo sicuramente, complimenti!
