Osteria Zia Valentina In Morfasso

Atmospheric, rustic yet refined (it takes me back in time), truly high-quality food, attentive and friendly service. WELL DONE!!! In my opinion, one of the best places in the Darda Valley.

A typical, rustic-style tavern. Friendly and welcoming staff. The food isn't abundant, but it's good.

We booked for Ferragosto back in July, and despite a small mix-up with the list upon arrival, the staff managed to find us a table right away. The food was truly excellent (we ate not just good, but excellent!), and the service was attentive and friendly. My only comment: in situations like this, it might be better to avoid telling guests they were "lucky," as it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. It would be nicer to hear, "We apologize, we're happy we found a solution for you." That said, an online booking system would certainly help avoid misunderstandings, allowing guests to enter their information directly.

I stayed at the Osteria Zia Valentina in Morfasso, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with great warmth and friendliness by Mrs. Luciana. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, which immediately made me feel at ease. I stayed in the Monte Santa Franca room, where I slept wonderfully thanks to the comfortable bed and the tranquility of the location. I was traveling by bicycle and was able to park it comfortably inside the building, a detail I greatly appreciated. In the evening, I dined at the osteria, and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience: tasty dishes, home-cooked food with attention to detail, and prompt, attentive service. The girls in the dining room were always smiling, kind, and helpful, helping make everything even more enjoyable. An authentic place, where you can feel a sense of welcome and simplicity. I will gladly return!

Piacenza cuisine with top products is offered in a rustic but modern context, where the helpfulness of the staff makes you feel truly at home. 1 hour and a half of road to get there.. and it's worth it, also considering that the road to get there runs through a breathtaking landscape. And then after a good meal you can leave the car nearby for a regenerating walk in the beauty of the surrounding hills. We will return to try other dishes, but the ganassino I had was superb!

Saliti in collina dalla rovente pianura e trovato ristoro termico e di palato. Locale molto curato e pulito. Personale cordiale. Antipasti come affettati e gnocco fritto, torta di patate e verdure molto buoni. Provato anche i primi presentati molto bene e gustosi ma non cercate la quantità oltre alla qualità.
