A typical village trattoria discovered by chance. Traditional atmosphere and excellent service. Two dishes not to be missed: tagliatelle with duck and tagliata with radicchio and parmesan shavings. A great stop!

I've stopped in a few times since the place is on a main road leading to other towns (passing that way is mandatory to get there), and I've had my usual coffee (the usual, so to speak). Looking around, it's a nice, large place, with a somewhat cramped entrance; the counter is close to the front door. There's ample parking, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean.

Ample parking for vehicles. Very well-kept and welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are extremely kind and professionally trained. They immediately put you at ease. Excellent quality food: Excellent spaghetti with sausage, cherry tomatoes, and parsley. Sliced beef and sliced tuna with pan-fried asparagus, delicious, flavorful, and tender. Side dishes of fresh vegetables and peppers. Finally, two delicious desserts: mille-feuille with fruit and tiramisu. Both homemade on the spot. Excellent price. Will definitely return. FIVE STARS WITH HONOURS.

02/03/2026: Always excellent pizza... Last time, however, the radicchio cream topping was very bitter. Never happened to me!!!! I always recommend tasting it before serving it to the public... Otherwise, always excellent...
21/02/2026: It's a takeout pizzeria in the center of Preganziol. You can drop by in person and order on the spot, although it's always best to call to find out delivery times and then pick up your pizzas. The pizzas are exquisitely crafted by master pizza chef Manuel, using a rotating oven for more even cooking. Furthermore, the owner's meticulous attention to detail, including the thorough cleaning of the oven and his tools, makes this pizzeria truly noteworthy. The cleanliness of the workspace and waiting room, combined with the courtesy of the staff, the quality of the ingredients used, and the menu always in tune with the seasons, make "Quelligiusti" an excellent takeout pizzeria. I won't publish any photos; they would never be able to match the flavor, aroma, and fragrance of those truly exceptional pizzas.

10/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant for lunch for the second time. Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the excellent food. Also noteworthy was the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness with which we were welcomed. I recommend it and will definitely return.
