Osteria Vinostè In Desenzano del garda

Excellent lunch at this osteria overlooking Lake Garda. Tasty first courses with fresh homemade pasta, and for our second course we shared a stew with polenta. Everything was delicious, with a rustic and genuine service suited to the osteria setting. Quality ingredients were used. Fairly priced.

Excellent lunch on a rainy day on the lake! We stumbled upon it by chance and were completely satisfied with the traditional dishes, made with truly excellent quality ingredients! The friendly host makes you feel right at home. The polenta with guanciale is incredible! The tagliatelle with fresh, seasonal mushrooms was delicious!

Very nice place, the portions are just the right size, authentic, and truly well-prepared. The prices are in line with the area and excellent considering the quality-price ratio (€40 per person for two dishes each). Besides the deliciousness of the dishes, you'll be surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the waiters and managers, who pay particular attention to their customers and offer a homely welcome. 😍 Absolutely worth it!

You can find great food and good enough service and atmosphere or vice versa: unless you've come to this place, which is absolutely spectacular. I was truly impressed with the quality of the meat they offered, which I can say hand on heart being world class quality. Apart from the exceptional quality, the cooked it supremely, with no spillage. The atmosphere is great too: the chief chef is a genuine and likeable character: he indulges in witty jokes while being able to explain culinary peculiarities with an understandable and down to earth tone. The rest of the staff is attentive, professional and friendly. I wish I lived in this area so I could come here more often. This place is truly amazing, one of the best I've ever been in my life. Truly truly recommend.

The pumpkin ravioli are stellar, the gorgonzola with polenta is excellent, as is the Garda wine. The baked potatoes could be improved. The prices are reasonable, the service is perfect, and the owners are friendly and kind, even to our dog.

The food was delicious, the staff were super kind and ready to satisfy every need. Excellent!
