A culinary highlight within the municipality of Santadi. A welcoming, elegant yet simple atmosphere. Excellent, well-prepared dishes and a wide selection of wines, especially from local wineries. The wait staff is very friendly, especially with children.

I'm writing this review while still sitting at the table of this pleasant osteria in Santadi. We wanted a light lunch in the area (disappointed that the culinary activities for the local Pane e Olio in Frantoio festival, at 12:30 on Saturday, November 29th, were all closed—ovens turned off, kiosks still being set up...), so we stopped here, intercepted by signs on the street announcing the opening. The place is very pleasant and well-decorated, and it met our tastes. We ordered a first course of whole-wheat pasta with sheep's milk ragù, a portion of roast potatoes and a portion of grilled vegetables, a seada (a kind of fish stew), and a glass of Eclissi red wine from the Santadi winery. Everything was served by the excellent waitress Eleonora, who welcomed us with extreme kindness and professionalism—very good. The food was very good, beautifully presented, and I'd say made with excellent ingredients. The welcome, the pleasant atmosphere, and the excellent food. Well done.

If you're hungry, you can eat here. This is our fifth restaurant during our vacation, and unfortunately, the previous ones were better. We didn't experience the Sardinian flavor or atmosphere. The ravioli were cold inside, the calamari a bit oversalted and rubbery. We were very hungry, so we ate everything, but without any gastronomic ecstasy.

A chance discovery that left us truly satisfied. We ate wonderfully; every dish is carefully crafted with excellent ingredients. The staff was friendly.

We're a young couple, and we stumbled upon this place by chance around closing time. The warm welcome and friendliness we found from the staff is rare these days, not to mention the quality and deliciousness of the food... excellent! I returned after a few years and, as expected, the quality and courtesy remained unchanged. A trio of excellent appetizers, reasonably priced wines, and the courtesy of the waiters completed a picture of absolute excellence. Well done.
