Excellent products, superb vegetables from the garden, you must try the sausage du'brigante, superb, we went back twice after the beach, characteristic atmosphere and very courteous staff

We went to this very characteristic restaurant last night. The atmosphere was comfortable, the staff very friendly. The appetizers were plentiful, and the food was excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home.

Very nice little place with a small terrace and a few tables, clean kitchen, exceptionally tasty dishes, plentiful, I couldn't finish the second course which was delicious. We will definitely be back with the intention of tasting everything little by little! I congratulate everyone in the dining room who was excellent and a super compliment to the chef 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

A small but quaint place. We had their delicious hot appetizer, and the spaghetti alla brigante was excellent.

A true osteria, a truly beautiful place, delicious and typical local cuisine... welcoming and helpful service... I highly recommend it.

Although the food was very good, we weren't able to fully enjoy the dinner because the staff was rushed from the start. This rush was noticeable; we had to eat right away, ordering everything at once because there was another table at 10:00-10:15. We weren't informed of this when we booked. This agonizing clearing of the table didn't even allow us time to try the appetizer. It's truly a shame because the food quality is high, but that's not what a restaurant thrives on; it's not the food that makes you feel welcome and at home. That's what the staff does, and a few extra smiles.

My wife and I spent a night in Palinuro and decided to try U Brigante for dinner—and we’re glad we did. We arrived around 8:30 PM and were asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t, so I’d definitely recommend calling ahead, as they were fully booked that evening. Despite not having a reservation, the staff kindly offered to set up a table for us outside, which we happily accepted. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive throughout the evening, frequently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We started with an appetizer platter, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. For our first course, I had the Spaghetti al pistacchio, while my wife chose the Paccheri con crema di patate—both dishes were absolutely delicious. For the second course, I had the Grigliata di maiale, which came with a generous portion of meat that I couldn’t quite finish. My wife had the Pollo di Romeo, which she really enjoyed. We also shared a half-liter of wine and finished off the meal with dessert. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at U Brigante and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palinuro.

Delicious traditional Cilento dishes in a casual atmosphere. Friendly staff, fair prices, and generous portions—we couldn't find a single negative.

Everything was delicious, excellent service! I recommend the priest's hat, which is exceptional.

Dopo visita al borgo di San Severino di Centola, sono venuto a pranzare in questo ristorante al fresco di Centola…i tavoli sulla terrazza comodi anche con il cane…ottimo antipasto…buono il primo…il secondo non sono riuscito a finirlo perché ero pieno…consiglio una visita
