It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, both the starters are excellent, lots of stuff, and the special carbonara is excellent value for money, and Pino, the owner, is truly wonderful, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. In short, if you're in the area, stop here.

Excellent food; we had a platter of very good cured meats and delicious beans all'uccelletto.
A mouth-watering first course (ombrichelli alla zozzona) with sausage, bacon, and tomato—a must try!

USA tourist viewpoint: Fantastic food (Tagliolini Alla Gricia was especially delicious and only €10!), service was very friendly also and as tourists we felt welcomed. A short walk from the old town but worth it. We would come back again for sure. FYI the restaurant is frequented at times by bikers and there is classic rock music playing. We enjoyed it!

Two of us ate at this osteria a couple of days ago. The food was delicious, including the house aperitif and the spaghetti carbonara.
The atmosphere is small and welcoming, the host is friendly and professional. The price is good.
If you're in the area, we definitely recommend it!

Typical Lazio dishes, incredibly delicious.
The two of us had an appetizer of truly exquisite cured meats and beans all'uccelletto, and two first courses, both delicious and plentiful, and desserts. Very friendly staff and really good prices.

Delicious carbonara, a generous portion, creamy with plenty of guanciale. The place is cute and cozy, with just a few tables. The music is good, but at the right volume so it doesn't disturb. Highly recommended.

Posto rustico ma con cucina sincera , Tanta Robba veramente , Pasta gricia fantastica , affettati ottimi e poi la pinsa calda ti frega. complimenti avremmo voluto ripassare nei giorni a seguire ma qui la sera fanno c'è il pienone . Consigliato . PS: non è nel centro storico .
