Found it by chance, desperate for a "full house on a Sunday in Viterbo." When we arrived, it didn't look like much from the outside...but then inside we found an intimate and welcoming place with very kind staff and excellent food. The small selection is delicious...from the platter, to the starters, and finally the dessert. Everything is spectacular! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The service is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with ragù and the beef braised in red wine, tender and rich in flavor. The homemade desserts, like the tiramisu, are also excellent, a perfect end to the meal.
The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. Highly recommended for a dinner that exudes tradition and authenticity.

The service is truly excellent, with courteous and knowledgeable staff who enthusiastically recommend the daily specials and make you feel at ease from start to finish. Despite the informal atmosphere, the service is precise, punctual, and never intrusive.
Tanta Robba's cuisine is made with fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with passion. I started with a carefully selected appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by pickled vegetables and fresh crostini. The quality of the local products is immediately apparent: nothing too elaborate, but a careful selection of simple and authentic flavors.
For the first course, I chose a traditional classic: pasta and beans. There's nothing more comforting, especially when the dish is so well-made: the pasta is perfect, and the flavor of the soup is rich and well-balanced. We were immediately impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff when we made our reservation. Once we arrived at the small but welcoming restaurant, their kindness was reinforced.

Friends and I found ourselves having dinner at this little place, which turned out to be "Tanta Robba."
It felt like we were eating products prepared the way our dear grandmothers used to. The dishes were homemade and beautifully presented.

It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant, both the starters are excellent, lots of stuff, and the special carbonara is excellent value for money, and Pino, the owner, is truly wonderful, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. In short, if you're in the area, stop here.

Excellent food; we had a platter of very good cured meats and delicious beans all'uccelletto.
A mouth-watering first course (ombrichelli alla zozzona) with sausage, bacon, and tomato—a must try!
