We had a great time. The place was cozy and quiet. There was plenty of space between tables, so reservations are required. The food was very good and local. The girl taking our orders was very nice. Excellent value for money.

Appetizer served on a meter-long board filled with excellent cured meats and cheeses. For starters we had a plate of ombrichello and two of orecchiette with artichoke sauce and pecorino romano. Fresh handmade pasta was delicious and plentiful, and the second course was a sample of baked potatoes that were spectacular in their presentation. Finally, we finished the meal with dessert... babà with cream and the golosone (similar to tiramisu). The host is attentive to the customer, as is the girl who serves the tables. Prices are very fair. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, as is booking if you don't want to find yourself without a seat.

This place in the center of Viterbo is extremely welcoming and quaint, and the owners are delightful. The entire menu is delicious, but it's absolutely essential to book in advance, otherwise you risk being unable to find a table.
The price is slightly higher, especially if you choose a full menu.

Excellent trattoria with a modest menu, but everything was delicious.
We started with a generous appetizer served on a wooden board.
For starters, orecchiette with speck and artichokes... a delight.
And to finish, excellent tripe.
All washed down with the house wine.

Found it by chance, desperate for a "full house on a Sunday in Viterbo." When we arrived, it didn't look like much from the outside...but then inside we found an intimate and welcoming place with very kind staff and excellent food. The small selection is delicious...from the platter, to the starters, and finally the dessert. Everything is spectacular! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The service is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with ragù and the beef braised in red wine, tender and rich in flavor. The homemade desserts, like the tiramisu, are also excellent, a perfect end to the meal.
The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. Highly recommended for a dinner that exudes tradition and authenticity.
