Desserts are a must: rye bread and porcini ice cream… hard to describe… a marvel!

Thanks to word of mouth from a friend we had the opportunity to get to know for the first time (and not the last) a reality that was born and continues to live thanks to a unique and rare cooperation with the territory, a cuisine that reflects the hospitality of those who have been able to make the right choices, a trademark to offer competence, excellent food and research of the native good. A fabulous place where time is marked by the passion that the owner puts into introducing you and accompanying you in what food represents for the soul, the love and pleasure in creating and savoring each dish.

A unique experience, impeccable service and dishes that speak for themselves: what can I say...professionalism and expertise blend together in a perfect mix of traditional flavors. Special mention for the appetizers (the only ones I had time to photograph 😅) and the desserts (3-chocolate mousse that, even on its own, is worth it).

In occasione di una visita al paese di Pergine abbiamo cenato in questa osteria pluripremiata.
Abbiamo deciso di provare il menu di sei portate a sorpresa, basato quindi sulla creatività dello chef.
Ho comunicato la necessità di renderlo senza glutine ed il personale è stato molto gentile garantendomi un percorso culinario uguale a quello normale. E così è stato.
Tutto buonissimo, porzioni adeguate e dolce della casa stupendo. Anche il prezzo congruo.
