We chose Osteria Morelli to celebrate Easter 2025 and we couldn't have made a better choice. The experience was simply extraordinary.
The Easter menu was a hymn to spring and the Trentino tradition, with attention to every detail. The appetizer already set the tone: the braised Menfi artichoke with Trentingrana fondue and soft egg was a perfect balance of softness and intense flavors, while the Val di Sole char meatballs with mandarin mayonnaise amazed with the delicacy and originality of the combination.
Among the first courses, the buckwheat tagliatelle with white ragù from Grigio Alpina was a true revelation: a rich and refined dish, which tells the story of the territory with taste.
The second course kept the level very high: the baked kid was tender and tasty, accompanied by a flan of potatoes with rosemary and crunchy artichokes which completed the dish perfectly.
The dessert ended on a high note: a ricotta and chocolate cake served with orange sorbet, fresh and enveloping, perfect for a sweet end to the lunch.
Special praise goes to the chef and his team, who were able to create a coherent, refined and surprising gastronomic journey. You can clearly perceive the passion, technique and love for cooking in every dish served.
The service was impeccable: friendly, present but never intrusive.
An Easter lunch that will remain in our fondest memories. Thank you Osteria Morelli we will definitely be back!!!

In occasione di una visita al paese di Pergine abbiamo cenato in questa osteria pluripremiata.
Abbiamo deciso di provare il menu di sei portate a sorpresa, basato quindi sulla creatività dello chef.
Ho comunicato la necessità di renderlo senza glutine ed il personale è stato molto gentile garantendomi un percorso culinario uguale a quello normale. E così è stato.
Tutto buonissimo, porzioni adeguate e dolce della casa stupendo. Anche il prezzo congruo.

Dinner based on dishes made with local products. The restaurant made up of several rooms is that of a typical tavern from times gone by. Fiorenzo knows how to put you at ease by recommending and explaining the dishes on the menu. It is with immense regret to know that there will not be a next lunch or dinner to enjoy its delicacies. I recommend not missing these last days of 2024 to savor the aromas and combinations of its dishes because the restaurant will close at the end of the year.

Posto veramente bello, ha pochi posti a sedere, per cui è consigliabile prenotare prima di andare.
Prezzi un po' così così...
A parte che avevo chiesto il vino della casa, e mi hanno portato una bottiglia pagata 35€....
Al netto di questo, in 3, abbiamo mangiato 3 primi piatti, il vino, un dolce e 2 caffè 86€
