"I make it myself"... 7 wonderful courses, flavorful surprises, excellent culinary technique, and, last but not least, a patient and excellent head waiter. For me, it was a gem finally revealed; for my wife, it was a wonderful journey through the Mochena region, discovering what Trentino has to offer through small and carefully selected suppliers. We'll be back for the boiled meat, and we'll definitely be back many more times.

A beautiful and peaceful place where you can enjoy excellent food and a wide selection of prestigious local wines. Formerly an inn during the Habsburg Empire, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with excellent service and qualified, knowledgeable staff.

A unique culinary experience, not just a simple dinner! Quality ingredients and surprising pairings: the carpaccio with fermented red cabbage and Trentingrana is truly unforgettable. Each dish exudes innovation, quality, and passion. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Special thanks to Nicola, the manager, who with his professionalism and evident passion conveys enthusiasm and love for his work, making the experience even more enjoyable!

Ho cenato all’Osteria, locale accogliente e curato. Una piacevole scoperta fin dall’ingresso, dove sono esposti i nomi di aziende e produttori locali che qui portano le materie prime del territorio. L’accoglienza e il servizio sono affidati a Nicola, che con cordialità ci fa accomodare in una saletta curata, che profuma di antico e di storia. Ho scelto il menù a base di porcini, dove la freschezza della materia prima viene trasformata dallo chef. Davvero interessante anche la lista dei vini…insomma, uno di quei luoghi da scoprire e riscoprire!

Il ristorante esprime una sincera passione per il territorio e le sue tradizioni, visibile nella scelta accurata delle materie prime locali e nell’impegno nel sostenere il presidio Slow Food. Ogni piatto è una vera e propria celebrazione dei sapori autentici del Trentino, che rispettano la stagionalità e valorizzano le eccellenze locali. Sono rimasto davvero impressionato dalla freschezza degli ingredienti e dalla maestria nella preparazione dei piatti. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più speciale è l’accoglienza calorosa e cordiale di Nicola, che con la sua passione e attenzione ai dettagli riesce a rendere ogni momento unico.
