Good evening, I'd like to share my experience at this very fine restaurant. Let's start by saying that the hospitality and politeness of the staff were very welcome. I could say that not all the locations I've been to could be compared. The cleanliness and preparation in offering and setting the tables were exemplary. The dishes were beautifully presented, and as they say, appearance counts. I had the "I make it myself" experience, a series of tastings that was comprehensive. The dishes were presented and the timing between each course was well thought out. The wine to accompany our experience, so as not to overshadow any of the flavors of the various courses offered, was appropriate and well-chosen. At the end of the dinner, we savored a tasty and fine brandy, which concluded the experience in a decidedly satisfying way. I'd like to compliment the owner, Nicola, for his management and his non-invasive presence in accompanying us throughout our complete experience. 100% recommended

A small, hidden restaurant. I had the honor of working there a few years ago. I returned and was impressed by the same philosophy, seen from the customer's perspective. I had lunch with my 82-year-old mother. A wonderful, attentive, and well-prepared welcome. Authentic, local, quality products, expertly selected and prepared. Served with meticulous attention to detail and accompanied by good quality wines. Early-season jams, syrups, and honey vinegars were available. All special. Highly recommended! Qui si respira un amore profondo per il territorio e per la tradizione, concretizzato nella scelta di materie prime locali e nell'adesione convinta al presidio Slow Food. Ogni piatto è un viaggio nei sapori autentici, un'esplosione di gusto che omaggia la stagionalità e le eccellenze del Trentino. Abbiamo optato per un menu "fatto da me" seguendo i preziosi consigli dello chef e siamo rimasti estasiati dalla freschezza degli ingredienti e dalla maestria nella preparazione. Ma l'anima di questo ristorante va oltre la cucina. L'accoglienza calorosa di Fabio e Nicola, la loro dedizione, la cura per i dettagli e l'entusiasmo contagioso arricchiscono quest'esperienza già di per sé straordinaria.
