Dinner at this osteria, which has been featured in the best food guides for years, just outside Pergine Valsugana.
We start with carne salada, a specialty, and the Trentino mezzelune are delicious, followed by goulash with slow food snail polenta!
The service wasn't impeccable, but the atmosphere was warm and mountainous!

There's been new management for a few months now, young and enthusiastic people who bring their passion to the service and the dishes. We chose a tasting menu, and they prepared it lactose-free. Excellent, locally sourced ingredients, beautiful plating, delicious flavors, and a price everyone can afford...a truly pleasant surprise. Since that evening, I've continued to spread the word.

The wine list is extensive and well-stocked; the menu is interesting, offering both traditional and more creative options. There's a clear focus on the quality of the ingredients and on small local producers, clearly listed on the first pages of the menu. Some dishes also feature Slow Food Presidia ingredients. Fair prices. Highly recommended.
