We were guests on Saturday evening, although we had not booked they welcomed us in the outdoor space. The food is excellent, I personally recommend the "calamarata" and the "Tonnara" platter. The Cous Cous is also excellent. Valentina's attention, Lalla's friendliness and Samuele's professionalism stand out.

Recommended by relatives who are regular customers, we tried this lovely osteria in the historic center, welcomed and pampered by Lalla and Samuele (I hope the names are right!), and also thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of both the place and the excellent piped music, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch, tasting as first courses the "Calamarata with Grouper, Prawns, Eggplant and Stracciatella of Sicilian Burrata" and the "Tagliatelle al Ragù" of Octopus, Fish Eggs and Toasted Crumbs”, and finishing with an excellent semifreddo with eggnog drowned in Marsala, followed by a coffee and a bitter with kindly complimented tagliancozzi. Beautiful place, great research into raw materials, the waiters are friendly and helpful young people. I also had the pleasure of meeting two humble and professional members of the kitchen staff. The salami, bottarga and porchetta, all made with tuna, are truly exceptional, obviously you cannot produce everything so they come from a well-known producer of salted and cured tuna but this does not detract from the professionalism of the kitchen. The tagliatelle with octopus ragù were delicious and balanced in all the ingredients.
The kitchen works properly and was able to easily resolve the two small misunderstandings I had with the owner. Finally, I was there to have dinner and not to exchange ideas or anything else.
Obviously I recommend it thanks to the hard work of the kitchen.
I conclude by saying that you never know which client you have in front of you, even if on the surface it doesn't seem like who knows what character it is always better to be transparent and full of humility.
Well done to everyone and highly recommended.

I find myself writing this review after some time but I think it's worth doing! I found myself in this restaurant in August 2024, the food is truly excellent and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. I'm sorry I don't have more photos but it's certainly a place I recommend both for the people and for the good food as well as the selection of wines.

siamo andati consigliati dall'albergo e dopo aver letto i giudizi.
abbiamo scelto l'antipasto misto di pesce, che comprendeva piatti buonissimi: insalata di mare, polipo, baccalà, calamaretti fritti. caponata di mare.
abbiamo proseguito con una grigliata mista e pesce spada servito con uno spiedone: eccellenti
ottimi anche i dolcii.
