Osteria Scopari In Mazara del vallo

We had dinner. We took a platter of mixed cured meats, first courses and second courses. We also had fried calamari and cappuccini. I personally had a baked calzone with ham, tomato and mozzarella which was truly delicious. Abundant grilled squid and pasta dishes. In my opinion the bill was exaggerated.

Very generous spaghetti with red mullet with excessive fennel but all in all good. Too bad about the little street with rubbish near the tables and the service needs to be reviewed, too slow.

It may have been a bad evening, but there was a strange old taste in the pizzas. We thought it was the oil since the problem was in all the pizzas. I tell it to the waiter who tells me: tell the pizza chef....mahh

Scoperta e scelta casualmente io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di terminare la nostra vacanza cenando in questa Osteria. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata!!! Avevamo il desiderio di mangiare una parmigiana di melanzane che però non era nel Menù.... Abbiamo quindi ripiegato sulle busiate alla Norma VERAMENTE OTTIME!!!! La Signora Nicoletta (titolare dell'Osteria) a sorpresa ci ha cucinato al volo una porzione di Parmigiana per esaudire il nostro desidero. Al di là dell'ottima qualità della cucina il gesto ci ha veramente stupito ed emozionato e nell'aver avuto il piacere di parlare con la Sig.ra Nicoletta abbiamo davvero capito l'amore che ha per il suo lavoro, la sua terra e la sua famiglia (che in parte lavora alla sua Osteria) Che dire..... Provare per credere.... Fidatevi è tutto vero!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

And finally, delicious desserts, prepared in small quantities, delicious in taste. ...and these chats with the support of Google Translator, which also provide a lot of laughter when you feel that something is wrong with the translation. Our shells were translated as frying pans :D.

We accidentally found this delightful restaurant located in a small street near the center, the food was excellent especially the fish ravioli with scampi and pistachio were the best 🤤 even though I didn't enjoy them much 🥲 my 12 month old daughter thought it best to eat half the plate making them fly on my dress 😅 really a shame because they were uniquely good.. But the rest was also excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant with trained, fast and always available staff.. Excellent price quality
