Davvero mi capita di rado essere così soddisfatta e per questo voglio essere quanto più precisa possibile. Preciso che difficilmente pranziamo fuori quando ci sono menù fissi perchè quasi sempre si mangia mooolto male. Questa volta abbiamo fatto un'eccezione e per il pranzo di capodanno abbiamo prenotato all osteria sant'anna. Parto con dire che il costo del pranzo, 60 euro eda più che onesto. Quando ci siamo seduti abbiamo subito notato che c'erano ben due bottiglie di vino, un rosso sul tavolo e un rosato nel secchiello con ghiaccio. Già questo ci ha positivamente impressionati. Le bevande erano incluse ma non erano certo dovute ben due bottiglie. I camerieri premurosi e attenti. Hanno servito gli antipasti, numerosi e vari e la qualità degli ingredienti e la precisione della preparazione erano impeccabili e non erano cero pronti da 12 ore come fan tutti. I primi piatti erano originali e ben preparati. Davvero niente sa invidiare a un buon pranzo alla carta. Lo scamone di vitello alla riduzione di negramaro si scioglieva in bocca e aveva un ottimo sapore raffinato. Anche i dessert erano originali e intensi. Infine anche vari assaggi di panettoni e dolci tradizionali. Insomma... nkn capita quasi mai avere il piacere di scrivere questo tipo di recensioni. Anche al momento del conto il proprietario si è assicurato che fosse andato tutto bene. Bravi e complimenti a tutti voi. Ci vedremo spesso

Large but very well-kept location, even if the internal rooms seemed quite different from each other. We attended a company lunch, with a fixed and agreed menu. The welcome and service were good, even if it was on a Sunday and with a packed house. Various hot and cold appetizers as entry. The octopus on a bed of broad bean puree and the fried cod deserve praise. Less successful (personal taste obviously) is the salmon carpaccio with ginger). Local first courses: fantastic Laganari Martinese style with cardoncelli mushrooms, cacioricotta and capocollo and, as a surprise, an excellent dish of orecchiette and turnip cream. At this point mixed roast (bombette, sausage and livers) and then fresh fruit with ice cream and cake. Satisfied, but I plan to definitely return to be able to choose independently. See you soon.

Excellent food, wonderful place, I recommend it

I have been to the Osteria Sant'Anna in Cisternino on two occasions: the first time for a communion and the second for a family dinner. The interior of the restaurant is enchanting, entirely built in stone and perfect for a winter lunch. While the outside is surrounded by greenery with lots of lights that give a super relaxing atmosphere. The strong point, however, is certainly the cuisine. The dishes are made with excellent quality raw materials, mainly local and seasonal, and each ingredient is treated with great respect. The menu is full of original and never predictable combinations ranging from meat courses to fish-based dishes up to pizza. The desserts are also worth a try both for their presentation and taste. The courteous and attentive staff satisfied everyone's needs even during communion. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a place to celebrate an event or for those who simply want to spend a pleasant evening enjoying the true delicacies of the area.

Everything was excellent from the abundant starter, excellent first courses as well as second courses, finishing with fruit and desserts. I recommend buying the panettone made by them.

La qualità della semplicità, l’esaltazione dei prodotti del territorio. Carne e funghi porcini commoventi. Alla fine i dolci: ho pianto! Davvero tutto super Buono. Personale molto cordiale. Bravi bravi bravi
