Dear S. Anna, modestly, every Saturday night we go out for dinner, I know very well how it works... there were three of us plus an elderly lady who tried some appetizers, and we ordered two appetizers for €56, a bottle of wine for €29, if I remember correctly, three risottos and a fried dish, plus two desserts. For what we paid, I felt like I was dining in a fine dining restaurant... the previous Santanna, as I remember well, was something else entirely. Anyway, no hard feelings, and have a nice day.

This time they outdid themselves. It's hard to find a restaurant that never disappoints. Compliments to the staff for the seafood pizzas with tuna and shrimp tartare—a marvel of flavor. See you next time.

Good food and friendly staff , The only downside is a man wandering around the grounds and entrance asking for money when you leave, even though parking is free in the surrounding area (the car was there much earlier than the man arrived). I normally give money, but we found the man very pushy and annoying when we gave a cat some food ( at the parking place), which startled the cat and made it disappear. I'm not used to this, in the beautiful valley. Please don't let this become the norm in the valley; tourists don't want these illegal practices. Otherwise, the restaurant was good! After refusing to pay, the man gave the car an intimidating look. Luckily, I'm not afraid of gnomes ;-) . See you again next year whitout the man please. This time 4 stars because the man Otherwise full 5 stars

We came for dinner. The location was beautiful and pleasant, and the service was good. The dishes were creative and pleasing.

A beautiful location and an interesting menu with modern reinterpretations of traditional Apulian flavors, in addition to the great classics prepared with great care. The service is very professional, and the location is stunning. I'd like to take this opportunity to encourage the staff after the negative review by Ruben D, who preceded me on this platform and was sitting with his family at the table next to ours. The man in question spent the entire evening complaining about the poor quality of the food and service. De gustibus, given that the spaghetti with sea urchins, which the gentleman said was under-seasoned, is what you see in the photo (which was delicious). What I'd like to criticize the gentleman for is the unpleasantness with which he treated the staff and the lack of class with which he loudly launched into negative comments. The climax came when, after ordering dessert, he said to the diners, "This waiter is a drug addict." We didn't notice, as he was super attentive and professional with us. Unlike the dear customer, who kept saying that Puglia has become a tourist playground: perhaps, but fortunately he is not an attraction, and thank goodness for that.

The food is very good, especially the sweet egg finish. Delicious. However, I would say the staff could be improved. Professional, yes, but not very smiling and friendly.

Muy buen servicio y buena comida El restaurante ha sido renovado recientemente y es muy agradable por dentro. El propietario nos dio dos de los restaurantes recién renovados y la camarera hablaba muy bien inglés.

Ci siamo stati per un ricevimento di amici. Tutto squisito, antipasto di benvenuto servito nell’area esterna molto ricco e originale, compreso piatto per mia figlia celiaca. Antipasti al tavolo buonissimi così come i primi e il secondo e il dolce. L’area interna e’ ampia e spaziosa i tavoli sono disposti con larghi spazi e comodi. C’è una zona esterna curata e i bagni puliti. Personale gentilissimo e sorridente. Sicuramente da consigliare!
