Osteria Sant'Anna In Trento

On Sunday, we had the pleasure of lunch at Osteria Sant'Anna in Sopramonte, and I can say without hesitation that it was an unforgettable experience. The place is enchanting: we ate outdoors under the gazebos, enjoying a breathtaking view that alone is worth the visit. The cuisine is a true masterpiece: the dishes, prepared with local products, are reinterpreted with a gourmet twist, with taste, creativity, and attention to detail. You immediately sense that food here isn't just work, but passion. I also had the pleasure of meeting the chef and owner, a delightful, genuine person, passionate about her craft. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality culinary experience in a charming and welcoming setting. Osteria Sant'Anna truly deserves all the recognition it can get: excellent!

The food here deserves a Michelin star… At least! Wonderful „Osteria“ a little bit up the mountain (the road is fine). Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. And of course: delicious food. You can order set menus or single dishes… a vegetarian version is available as part of the menu. Leave room for dessert. Reasonable prices for the quality!

A charming little place just minutes from the city, surrounded by greenery. Young and dynamic management, friendly service, and two different menus featuring traditional Trentino dishes and more innovative options. Both the inside and outside are delightful. The outside area is cool and beautiful in the summer, with its tables framed by flowers and plants. A must-try is the potato tortel accompanied by local cured meats, compotes, and giardiniera, as are the excellent desserts, including carefully crafted cakes and a delicious tiramisu. Dogs are welcome. In the summer, bring a blanket to stretch out on the adjacent lawns and enjoy a refreshing post-lunch nap.

Stunning location on the Sopramonte hills, beautiful views, and a very well-maintained, traditional restaurant. A variety of menus to choose from, including a vegetarian option. Friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Old convent renovated with a very well -kept and beautiful restaurant. You can breathe the history of the place and mild temperatures given the altitude (approx. 800 m). Very good food and impeccable service.

Ristorante immerso nel verde, vicino a Sopramonte con una vista incantevole sulla città di Trento. Locale molto accogliente e tranquillo, ideale per gustarsi una cena in tranquillità. Menù vario e Piatti molto curati con ingredienti di qualità. Che dire… abbiamo cenato molto bene e ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie per la vostra gentilezza e cortesia.

Finora abbiamo cenato in osteria Sant’Anna solo d’inverno, ma ci ripromettiamo di tornarci con le belle giornate in quanto anche l’esterno sembra meritare. L’accoglienza è come quella di casa con il figlio della cuoca che è di una gentilezza e un garbo unici. I piatti sono ben fatti e molto saporiti. L’ambiente è “cozy”…ti sembrerà di cenare a casa tua. Quando abbiamo voglia di staccare la spina e mangiare bene, veniamo qui. Prezzi nella norma e qualità top. Dolci spettacolari. Assolutamente da provare.
