A small restaurant, but the food is very good. Celiacs are welcome. Natasha and Alice are excellent hosts. Thanks from the 1995 conscripts of Vestenanova.

Perfect food, good wine, kind waiters!

The restaurant was good but didn't justify the high price (€50 for 2 people, just with salad and drinks). The salads were good but too light for the price. The service was a bit slow and cold. The location was pleasant.

We had dinner for three; a very positive experience; I will keep it in mind for future trips to Venice.

A must-stop. We only had a snack, but the atmosphere and service were top-notch. Beautiful, right next to a canal. And very peaceful.

I frequent this place very often for both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. A Venetian osteria that truly deserves to be called an osteria. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with a lovely outdoor area right on the canal. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will immediately put you at ease. The menu is varied: faithful to Venetian tradition (with truly unmissable classic dishes) but occasionally featuring off-menu options based on seasonal ingredients. This is definitely a great advantage of this place. The seafood selection is high-quality and always fresh. The cicchetti are also excellent! They have a good wine selection and a great spritz. The prices are in line with downtown establishments. In short, for an aperitif or dinner (or why not, both), Osteria Santa Fosca is a guarantee.

We happened to pass by it in the afternoon. The ambiance, right on a side canal in a beautiful spot away from too many tourists, really won us over. We decided to have an aperitif with cicchetti and reserve a table for that evening. The service was so attentive that we were able to choose the best table for dinner. We received another warm welcome that evening, and "our" table was reserved for us. We ordered two starters and two fish and meat dishes for the main course. From the eight different cicchetti to the other diverse dishes, everything was absolutely fantastic! The value for money is excellent, and the food tasted amazing. To finish off, we had what I consider the best tiramisu I have ever eaten. The service was excellent throughout! Many thanks to the entire team for a perfect evening.

Wir haben im zum Restaurant gehörenden Hotel übernachtet. Amersten Abend haben wir dann gleich hier Abend gegessen. Das Essen ist regional und war super lecker. Die Weinauswahl sehr gut: wir hatten einen kürzlich vom Restaurant eingekaufter Rotwein, der wie Rosé aussieht und leichten Prudel haate (Traube: Tai Rosso, Virgilio Vignato) - der war so grossarig, dass wir am nächsten Abend nichmals extra für den Wein gekommen sind. Der Service ist auch sehr nett :-)

En nous promenant dans le quartier de Cannaregio, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cette osteria afin de boire un verre. Belle terrasse au bord d'un canal, nous avons commandé un Spritz qui fut excellent. Le service est aimable et rapide. Prix corrects.
