Osteria San Lorenzo In Livraga

A simple, rural ambiance. The host, with a never-ending stream of words full of sympathy, regardless of the fact that we didn't understand a word. The white wine on tap, a sparkling wine, was drinkable and fresh. Be careful, after a few glasses, your way home could be jeopardized. After a short time, the most important men of the village had gathered around us and made it clear to us that we had landed in the best osteria in the entire region. The food was delicious, the table was beautifully set, with a cloth tablecloth and napkins, and the chef was attentive.

Good food but the price is disproportionate, too expensive

A wonderful surprise after a detour where we had excellent food in a very authentic setting. Great service too!

Aside from the cold lighting, which I'm not particularly fond of, the restaurant is very nice. The staff is very kind. The real surprise is the food. I haven't eaten this well in years. I definitely want to return!

A typical "lower" tavern, perhaps a bit too much like an "osteria": minimal menu, decent food quality, inconsistent service, and prices that aren't exactly those of a tavern... They don't have decaf coffee!!! An acceptable solution, only in the absence of better options. Recommended by the tour operators at Chignolo Po Castle, a few kilometers away.

Fantastic lunch: braised beef ravioli with exceptional ragù, very good meat, worth trying

We had lunch with cold cuts and melon, followed by crepes and roast beef. Everything was excellent and followed by a pleasant conversation with the chef.

Friendliness, smiles and good food, a welcoming and rustic place, the beautiful places of the past with home cooking on Sundays. We will return without a doubt.

Small tavern in the countryside, pleasant and genuine. The staff is very available and here to make you feel home. Dishes are local and authentic.

Menù turistico. Preso ravioli alla zucca (secondo me un po’ crudi) e brasato con polenta (molto buono e saporito ma poca carne). Servizio normale. Conto forse un po’ alto per la zona
