I particularly enjoyed the excellent braised beef with pepper (peposo), which was truly well-cooked. My companions, on the other hand, enjoyed a delicious plate of pici with wild boar ragù. The main courses were meat-based, accompanied by cooked vegetables. The desserts were excellent. I personally had the delicious cantuccini with Vin Santo. The house wine was decent. Good value for money.

We had lunch at Osteria Rossini in Pisa and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing — especially the homemade pasta and the tiramisù. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A big compliment to the waitress: she was friendly, professional, and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Pisa!

A special thanks to the always smiling and attentive waitress, who recommended what to order and made us feel instantly at ease. She also recommended the baby pasta for our daughters. Exquisite food. Very good food. Highly recommended, not a tourist trap

Very good kitchen. We share à huge piece of local dry aged beefsteak (1,25kg for 2 persons). The meat wss cooked at perfection (rare) by the chef Christine. The service extremely friendly by Jardina. They also had an interesting wine card.

Truly excellent dinner at Osteria Rossini in Pisa! The atmosphere was welcoming and the Tuscan dishes were carefully prepared: the pici with ragù and the meat were delicious. The ambiance was very refined. Special mention also goes to the waitress, who was kind and cheerful throughout the evening, making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices were fair for the quality. Highly recommended!
