10/10 dining experience. We stumbled upon this hidden gem when researching for restaurants to eat in Pisa. We ordered the steak which was amazing. We also got the aglio olio and walnut gnocchi which were good. The team’s service was first class as they recommended a sumptuous cut of steak (Scottona) and a great red wine (Rodano) to go with it for a very reasonable price. The desserts were amazing in particular the tiramisu and panna cotta Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to eat in Pisa.

Excellent typical Pisan cuisine. I ate excellent bordatino and delicious pork cheek. The tiramisu was fantastic.

Among the best restaurants I've tried in Pisa. The pici and tripe are unparalleled. The peposo is also excellent. The place is cozy, very charming, and the staff are friendly.

Beautiful and well-kept location with quality local food! We had two appetizers: a vegetarian one with flan and pecorino cheese and a traditional one with cold cuts, polenta crostini, and pappa al pomodoro. Both were delicious! The first courses (gnocchi with pumpkin cream, taleggio cheese, and walnuts) were also melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and plentiful! Highly recommended!

It's rare to find such harmony between staff and customers. The real star, however, was the main course: a truly unforgettable Florentine Angus steak from Tuscan cattle. The aging was impeccable, enhancing the meat's intense flavor and making it as tender as butter. Compliments to the kitchen are in order: rarely do you find raw materials of this quality treated with such respect and technical mastery. I was looking for an authentic place in Pisa, and Osteria Rossini was a wonderful discovery. From the start, I was welcomed by the woman in the dining room, who was extraordinary: incredibly kind, smiling, and capable of managing everything with a truly rare ease and professionalism. She makes you feel immediately at ease. The food is the true heart of the place. I tried divinely cooked tripe, tender and flavorful, followed by an artichoke carbonara that was simply excellent, a perfect balance of flavors. The vegetarian options are excellent; my partner asked for pici cacio e pepe, which wasn't on the menu, and the woman immediately obliged, saying it was possible. But the real coup de grace came at the end: the tiramisu. I can say with absolute certainty that it's the best I've ever eaten, with an unforgettable texture and flavor. A place where you eat well and feel even better. I can't wait to return!
