In a fine and tasteful environment, Osteria Rossini offers dishes of the highest level with an 'ancient' and homely flavour Homemade pasta, quality meat and typical Tuscan products provide the backdrop to a tasteful experience. Very kind and patient staff even in 'difficult' cases. Reservations are mandatory and you will be pleasantly surprised even when it comes to the bill. Excellent

Always a sure thing! One of the best locations in Pisa, a corner of quiet and beauty. The cuisine does not disappoint, as do the quality raw materials and the wine list, local and sincere. The host himself will accompany you to the menu with great attention to detail. Not to be missed if you pass through Pisa.

Serveurs très aimables et très bon repas. Nous étions en famille et ils nous ont adapté la carte pour notre fille . Le morceau de viande était très bon.

11/06/2025: Great place for a dinner. Located in the ancient village of Coltano, halfway between Pisa and Livorno. The air you breathe is typical of the Tuscan countryside. The dishes are good and the staff are friendly. Easy parking. Adequate prices.
07/06/2025: Well-prepared dishes. Excellent food. Welcoming atmosphere and staff. I highly recommend going and trying it. We will definitely be back.

24/04/2025: Siamo tornati in questo locale immerso nel verde per il pranzo pasquale e questa volta abbiamo ordinato il menù di terra. Che dire? Fantastico!. Le carni cotte alla perfezione , ho mangiato ed apprezzato carni che non avevo mai voluto assaggiare (anatra,quaglia,pecora) Bravissima la ilchef che è riuscita anche questa volta a stupirci e conquistarci. Torneremo sicuramente è vista la fiducia nella cucina daremo mano libera alla chef.
