A pleasant surprise!! We've known the Hotel Calvi for years: Flora and Alfredo make you feel at home! This year we dined at the Mainor restaurant; impeccable service, particularly polite and knowledgeable staff. The four of us had: scallop ceviche, meagre tartare, perfect "scarpetta" (a type of bread) to dip your tortillas in, basil tagliatelle with raw scampi, and aged Parmesan risotto with aged balsamic vinegar. The dishes were prepared with care and skill, but above all, originality and imagination. As for the taste, there's nothing to complain about: a spectacle of flavors that slowly, one by one, unfold in your mouth... I don't usually take photos of dishes, but this strawberry, this dessert, was truly worth it. I won't say anything else so as not to spoil the surprise.

Each dish is a masterpiece, from the plating to the cooking method, and the combination of ingredients is meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The service is excellent; Luana and Sara are knowledgeable and attentive in recommending dishes and matching wines. Dining at Mainor is a unique experience to savor with every bite.

High-end cuisine, with select ingredients expertly crafted. Everything is delicious, from the vegan dishes to the fish and meat options. And even if you're not a dessert fan, you have to try theirs! Very friendly service and a pleasant setting. Excellent value.

Arrived here for a refresher course, I had to have dinner, and surprise of surprises in the hotel booked for me by the company I find the Mainor restaurant, obviously not being from the area I didn't know it, I drove 600km to get to this course and I think I'll do it again to come and eat in this place! Everything was truly impeccable, from the service to the location and the truly balanced dishes to my taste! Really good
