The dishes are based on research both for starters and first and second courses, fish and meat, but are striking for the surprise of the flavour, strong and rarely experienced. Even traditional ravioli reworked with herbs releases a satisfying flavour. The meat is excellent. The grand finale is the "Bewitched Apple" dessert, which honors its name without exaggeration, surprising in its preparation, appearance and above all delicacy of flavour.
