Il tutto supportato da una sala attenta ed in grado di soddisfare al meglio il cliente per quanto riguarda tutte le sue esigenze. In ultimo, è degna di nota la presenza di una Sommelier in grado di esaltare tutto ciò che esce dalla cucina con abbinamenti enologici di livello.
