Osteria molto piacevole, in posizione defilata a pochi passi da piazza del Campo, dove si mangia veramente bene! Abbiamo gustato i famosi pici all'aglione e i "pici della nonna", entrambi i piatti molto gustosi e ben preparati; altrettanto buono e ben cucinato il cinghiale in umido e ottimi i contorni (fagioli, friarielli). Servizio gentile, rapido e premuroso. Da segnalare la possibilità di consumare il vino della casa, buono, ad un prezzo corretto. Un plauso per il costo del coperto, solo 1 euro, veramente una rarità (è davvero irritante farsi estorcere 3 o 4 euro e a volte 5 per mangiare sulla nuda tavola senza tovaglia e con tovaglioli di carta).

We were in Siena and found the right place to complete the beauties of the city... you can savor Tuscan food in all its variations... we returned several times to try from pasta to meat to side dishes and everything was completed by the friendliness and courtesy of the service... well done... see you next time... recommended... we were the ones who booked with Valentina

We come from far away and by chance we are here We came across this place where Leonardo welcomed us with kindness and friendliness. We tasted pizzas and pici with wild boar ragout and I must say they were super approved. The thing that struck us most is the professionalism but above all the kindness and friendliness of Alfredo resulting in 3 stars on the service only because the other waiters did not have the same impact as Alfredo. Long live pizza but above all long live Alfredo and Leonardo!!!!

In general it was a pleasant experience: the pici are worthy of note (in particular those "from grandmother Anita" appear a little brothy but are truly excellent) and very helpful and friendly service. We didn't really like, however, that the shepherd's chopping board was missing fig jam and that when we pointed it out we were told that the chopping board didn't include it. Even the fact that the side dish arrived a little too early, before we finished the first courses, wasn't great, because it had cooled down in the meantime (but we attribute this inattention to the fact that the place was quite full for the public holiday). Large and well decorated environment, with spacious tables where you can eat comfortably. With The Fork discounts, very affordable prices.

This pizzeria is located not far from the central square (Piazza del Campo). We actually went there for pizza and were not disappointed. We were greeted very friendly and asked where we were from. Afterwards they even talked to us in German (as best they could). The service was also unusually great. People regularly asked if everything was OK. The ambience is fine. We both thought the pizza was really tasty. Great, tasty dough, delicious sauce and plenty of fresh ingredients. The restaurant uses porcini mushrooms, which give the pizza a great taste. The pizza was partially burnt on the edge. But that wasn't so bad, but rather shows that the pizza was probably baked in a wood-fired oven. The prices are very reasonable, despite the (almost) central location. We can't say much about the other dishes. The appetizer platter from the neighboring table also looked very good and plentiful. If we were in Siena for longer, we would definitely eat our next pizza here again.

Locale carino e vicinissimo al centro e ai parcheggi. Personale gentile e disponibile e ambiente pulito e ordinato.E' un ristorante turistico ma con una buona varietà di scelte fra classico menù e pizza. Noi abbiamo optato per la pizza e devo dire che era molto buona : cotta a puntino e con ingredienti di qualità e soprattutto alla maniera napoletana. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri.

12/05/2025: Today with 8 other friends, stopped for lunch. Tables outside ok. They served us in the right way. Carbonated and natural mineral water. Bread. 8 small pieces of cheese and pepper and 1 pappardelle with wild boar. I don't know about the latter. I ate cheese and pepper. Well first of all TASTING portion 😱🤬. From the 5 star restaurant series, you understand right? Then the very sticky pici, the taste not very similar to cheese and pepper. Sporadic, sparsely scattered colors of pepper. Not a good dish from Tuscany place! Then everyone has a coffee. Total expense, which when divided was €15 each. The waiter asks who pays in cash and who pays by card. We look at each other and get up to go inside the cash register. Inside there is the request. We look at each other and everyone decides independently. Here's the beauty that comes. 7 of us pay in cash (be careful, I'm right in front of the cashier and witness all this), me and another of us pay with the debit card. And do you know the latest? He increases our spending by €0.50 and gives us a receipt of €15.50. We get angry, and they, or rather she replies that it is like that. And note carefully, those who paid in cash were not given a receipt. Well then, in addition to not eating well, they behave dishonestly since they do not invoice what they collect and also amortize the cost of the POS with a surcharge.
