While visiting Siena, despite the many options available, we chose Il Vicolo.
And I can say it was a great choice.
Excellent and fast service.
The staff was kind, helpful, and very friendly. We ordered a charcuterie board and a prosciutto with buffalo mozzarella, but the first courses were exceptional, both flavorful and quite generous.
The price is in line with what you get.
I recommend it.

Welcoming place, quality food. The only flaw was the rushed service, it seemed like they were rushing to get you out. They cleared my cousin's table and brought the dishes for the meat, which still had to be finished for the first course.

The appetizer was delicious, the service was very fast. Order the focaccia with the appetizer, it's truly TOP. For dessert, the zoccolette with Nutella are very good.

A truly pleasant discovery. Honestly, we chose it thanks to the The Fork discount, and we had a really good time. Excellent pizza, and the tagliata and stew were really well-made and tasty.
Super friendly staff.
We'll definitely be back.

A very welcoming place, with the aroma of delicious food that really draws you in. Not far from the Piazza del Campo, where the Palio di Siena is held, we took a stroll after lunch to work off a kilo of Florentine steak, a platter, baked potatoes, and salad. It cost €70 for two (there were two of us), including a glass of wine each and water. You have to park outside because of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) for non-residents, but the restaurant isn't far (I recommend downloading the Easypark app to avoid paying too much for parking).

Locale molto carino e ben curato, cibo squisito come le patate al forno e di altissima qualità peccato un po’ per la quantità. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Una grande pecca è il tempo che sono stati un po’ lenti ma tutti sommato è un buon ristorante. Lo consiglio molto.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante perché molto vicino a piazza de il campo, il personale è gentilissimo, poliglotta, solo dal tavolo ho sentito in cucina gridare contro qualcuno del personale, credo fosse il proprietario che si avvale di soli stranieri e fa anche bene, ma poi li tratta con poco rispetto. Invece, visto che il cibo è sufficiente, direi che dovrebbe proprio puntare su questi ragazzi che lavorano col sorriso e non trattarli come li tratta. Mi auguro che legga questa recensione e si dia una regolata
