A gem in the heart of Siena. A perfect combination of atmosphere, quality, and courtesy, this restaurant in the center of Siena is a must-see. A truly charming place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The decor creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for enjoying the beauty of the city away from the chaos. Dishes are carefully prepared, and you can taste the love for the cuisine in every course. The quality-price ratio is definitely excellent, especially considering the central location and the high level of experience. The service was impeccable. The real added value, however, was the staff, all truly friendly. Special thanks go to Maxime, who looked after us with extreme professionalism and kindness from the time we booked until the end of the evening. His kindness and helpfulness made our evening truly memorable.

We only had two pizzas and everything was fine. Dauda in particular was very friendly and helpful, congratulations!

The place is cute, the prices are very fair, the service is fast, and the owner is super friendly, very personable, and has a distinctive accent. The fried foods and appetizers are good. However, there's a lot of room for improvement, and I'll try to offer some constructive advice: 1. The bathroom needs to be cleaned at least every 30 minutes; it wasn't in acceptable condition. 2. We repeatedly asked for a well-done burger, but they couldn't deliver; it remained rare inside. To cook it properly, you have to press it down with a spatula while cooking; I can't believe the chef doesn't know this. 3. Carbonara was poorly made. The cream sauce was too dry due to the excess Parmesan, and the guanciale was very fatty instead of defatted and crispy. There were traces of fat in the pasta. The chef definitely needs to revise everything. 4. They brought a side salad with the burger without the dressing, which we had to ask for. Good luck with everything.

Excellent pizzeria restaurant very close to Piazza del Campo. There's plenty of seating, but reservations are recommended. We had a good meal, though the meat was perhaps a little overcooked.

A very intimate atmosphere, helpful staff, and excellent food: the pici were superb! We went for dinner; it's always best to make a reservation because it's close to Piazza del Campo.

Unfortunately, it was a negative experience, given the poor service. We waited 40 minutes from the moment we sat down, just to order drinks. The appetizers took half an hour to arrive, as did the main courses. The food was good, however, and the wild boar pici dish was generous. We also ordered a third course, a Florentine steak and roast potatoes. Having ordered at 2-2:10 PM and seated at 1:30 PM, we stood up to pay at 3:50 PM, having not yet received the third course. We weren't the only ones experiencing service issues. However, we did receive apologies from some of the waiters on our way out, so the human aspect isn't included in the rating.

Excellent food, starting with the meat, cured meats, and pizza. Good, fast service. A welcoming place to savor Tuscan delicacies.
