Osteria located in the center of Sesto Fiorentino. Well-ordered, clean and welcoming environment with around 30 seats. Menu of local dishes from both sea and land. Preparations limited to 4/5 types for each course make it, in my opinion, a fair compromise for obtaining good dishes. Excellent service and honest price. All in all a correct quality/price ratio.

Osteria situata nel centro di Sesto Fiorentino. Ambiente con circa 30 coperti ben ordinato, pulito e accogliente. Menù di piatti locali sia di mare che di terra. Preparazioni limitate a 4/5 tipologie per ogni portata ne fanno, secondo me, un giusto compromesso per ottenere dei buoni piatti. Servizio ottimo e prezzo onesto. Tutto sommato un rapporto qualità prezzo corretto.

We ended up here by chance, thanks to a detour from the clogged highway, we were looking for a simple place to eat something good. Osteria Pappafico was a truly welcome surprise: excellent food, welcoming and kind staff, truly honest price. Very good! Highly recommended!

Great welcome by the waitress, who gives good advice on dishes and drinks. Friendly atmosphere, very good musical tastes, groovy style. Delicious food: everything is good!

14/12/2024: I only write reviews when I feel particularly good about a place and I have to say that we had a wonderful time here. Top meat sauce, top pici with garlic. We eat Tuscan food the way we Tuscans like it. Friendliness, Tuscanness, honest prices, portions for foodies like me 😀. Super recommended!
04/12/2024: Here we eat "Ciccia" very well and lots of it 😉. It's certainly not a place for vegetarians, wherever you sit the smell of grilled fat comes in and out💪. The environment is a bit cramped and the service isn't exactly the best. Owners should, in my opinion, keep problems at home and not in public. Hearing shouting from the kitchen is not nice and, in my opinion, ruins business. But in front of a beautiful and succulent Florentine steak cooked to perfection I forgave there 😉

09/12/2024: A healthy trattoria, good traditional Tuscan dishes, family atmosphere and honest prices. Some details of the room could be modernized, but nothing fundamental. Note of merit for the welcome pussys.
08/12/2024: A stone's throw from Empoli station. Trattoria like those of the past, top quality/price ratio. Definitely try the Tagliata, the Fiorentina and the Peposo. The first courses are also good. Friendly owner.
