We had a great experience yesterday, Saturday, November 15th, at lunch at the Cotoeletta restaurant in Meda. There were 17 of us, including two children and a vegetarian. Everyone was satisfied. The risotto with ossobuco was superb. The homemade desserts were delicious. Thank you.

A restaurant serving typical Lombard cuisine in a traditional osteria-style setting. We had the Monza-style risotto, which was very good, followed by an appetizer of traditional cured meats. The service was friendly; we waited about 40 minutes from when we were seated to when we were served.
Overall, a positive experience. The portions aren't very generous. The dining room is quite noisy.

The excellently executed traditional cuisine, the friendly service, the elegant management, and an atmosphere consistent with the offerings make it a place of excellence. Where the risotto, ossobuco, and cassoeula strive to surpass the quality of the cutlet.

A typical Milanese osteria, renovated and well-maintained.
Positive notes: Risotto with ossobuco, generous portions, and a flavor faithful to tradition; the staff is kind and welcoming.
Improvable notes: The price of the appetizers doesn't match the portions, especially the peppers in tuna sauce (three small pieces for €13) and the sausage tartare with focaccia (two small pieces of focaccia and a tiny portion of sausage); the cutlet, in my opinion, was too raw in the center near the bone, and the €3.50 cover charge was perhaps a bit excessive.

Nice place. The atmosphere makes you feel like in a family. The waiters are kind and very attentive to your needs. The orders are delivered pretty quick.
Clean tables.
After taking your order you receive an nice white napkin with your cutlery.
I can say that no matter what we ordered they delivered it very fast.
Food was very well cooked especially the T-bone (which, btw, was very nice presented).
What can I say.
It's worth to stop and have your dinner while listening some good italian music.

Management change! The risotto was perfectly cooked, but the saffron wasn't noticeable. The ossbuss was very tender. The gremolata had too much garlic and the tomato was too acidic. The parsley and lemon zest flavor was missing. The owner and waiters were very kind.
