Second time we come. A guarantee of super competitive prices. Here in Fermo the food is truly top top top. If we want to find a flaw, the portions are slightly more abundant because they are too good.

Disappointing. We were looking for a restaurant with good food and reasonable prices, and Da Orsolina was what Google suggested. The food wasn't particularly good and it wasn't exactly cheap. There are better trattorias in Fermo.

Visited last night with family. Everything was as expected: we found a comfortable atmosphere, high-quality and beautifully presented dishes, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Recommended by friends from Fermo, it's a classic trattoria. It has both indoor and covered terrace seating. The dishes are few, but well-prepared, especially considering the food at other tables. I had an excellent herbed rabbit, flavorful and juicy. The potatoes were good and well-cooked, but lacked a bit of kick—there was no garlic or rosemary. The crema catalana was really good, the only slight flaw being that it was thin. Service was quick, and the girls serving were kind and helpful. Excellent value. Parking isn't easy, but if you drive around a bit, you'll find a spot.

We had the mixed appetizer, which is recommended for two people, but the quantity was really poor. The quality of the fried food was mediocre, some were cold inside probably because they had been defrosted. The cheeses were very good but there were only small flakes. We expected more from a €20 appetizer.

27/05/2025: Un menù contadino come si cucinava in campagna in altri tempi. Sapori riportati in auge che ricordano l'antica cucina. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, un luogo da segnare nell' agenda dei luoghi dove tornare.
23/03/2025: In questo luogo il tempo si è fermato e per fortuna vista la deriva dei tempi che stiamo vivendo. Il servizio è stato cortese, disponibile, gentile e genuino come i sapori dei piatti mangiati. Ottimo l'antipasto misto della casa caldo. Ottima selezioni di carni dai piatti tradizionali a quelli moderni con cotture a basse temperature o affumicature. Non c'è stata l'occasione di assaggiare la specialità della casa (tagliatelle a sugo di papera e papera in umido) ma questa mancanza sarà l'occasione per tornare. Nel complesso ottimo il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Speriamo di vederci presto.
