It is located in front of a campsite and a restaurant (excellent fish) so it is very crowded in summer. The water is crystal clear. Many paths start from this beach to keep fit

Beautiful bay for swimming and snorkeling. There are 2 good restaurants and a diving school on site.

Visited mid-September. Very quiet beach, beautiful sea. A bar and a couple of restaurants just behind the beach. Partly free, partly equipped, we took umbrellas and sunbeds, the managers of the establishment were super kind. Free parking nearby, not many places but in September we found it straight away.

Locale fronte spiaggia con ampio portico e parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Ambiente accogliente e informale. Il personale è gentilissimo. Cucina a base di pesce semplice, buona e non troppo sofisticata. Gli spaghetti alle vongole presi avevano molto aglio, più del dovuto, probabilmente per andare incontro al gusto dei molti turisti del nord Europa che lo frequentano. Prezzi onesti.

05/09/2024: Buonasera, qualche sera fa' ho cenato in questo ristorante a Vada (Tuscany) Location nettamente fuori dagli schemi, bello e spartano, arredamento da Belle Epoque, con pochi tavoli . Cibo solo pesce. Lunga attesa ad ogni portata. Servizio al tavolo da uno dei titolari: professionale, disponibile, educato , gentile, a tratti anche fin troppo. La conduzione e' basata al 70% alla scenografia che risulta anche piacevole . IL ristorante, essendo stato per molti anni inserito nella guida Michelin, si dovrebbe puntare su ben altri requisiti. Qualita' del cibo leggermente sopra la media. Prezzo-Qualita': non il linea. Visto il tutto, dopo aver terminato di gustare il pesce, per pulirmi le dita, mi sarei aspettato un recipiente di porcellana o di vetro con dell'acqua tiepida con dei pezzi di limone e non dei semplici fazzoletti profumati. Tutto sommato, una cena romantica ben pagata. Buon Cibo a Tutti.

01/10/2024: Restaurant with ambitions, in the small square behind the church, tables almost exclusively outdoors, very popular and trendy. Proposal of very interesting dishes on paper, unfortunately much less so on the palate. Ravioli with thick dough and raw on the ends, huge and tasteless pork ribs, only bone and no meat. The wine list is basic, furthermore the bottles with the best quality/price ratio are not available without this being indicated in any way, not even with a pencil asterisk. Avoid sweets, they have nothing to do with the description. Very high prices also for Elba (first courses at 26 euros, starters 22 euros).
