A bit of a wait between courses, but the food was very good and the service attentive. Mosquitoes were very greedy in the evening.

Refined cuisine. I loved the rabbit cordon bleu and the linguine with black truffle. Reasonably priced for authentic Piedmontese cuisine.

We went to this restaurant during our stay in Stresa, driven by the good reviews and attracted by the presence on the menu of a risotto creamed with cheese and perch. In fact, the risotto was a pleasant surprise, beautiful to look at, very tasty and garnished with four fillets of excellent fried perch. The gnocchi my wife had were also good. To complete the lunch, delicious fried courgette flowers and an excellent dessert with cream ice cream and local blueberries. Good service, honestly medium-high the bill.

The meal was succulent.
The 1.2 kg T-bone was served to us for one person 😬 €98 🥺 but excellent.
Poorly informed, but let's move on.
The waitress who served us on the terrace was so rude that everything was ruined.
The young woman who greeted us was charming and dedicated, but unfortunately, she can't do everything herself. 😞
The second waitress threw the Cokes on the table.
Wanted the wrong wine.
Endless wait to take the order.
Sighs with every step.
Walks around with piles of dirty plates at all the tables, making a pyramid of dishes.
No steak knife.
No water.
We have to ask for everything 4 times, what a shame for €175 for 2!

Nice food but had a baby (9mths) with us and charged €22 for a baby portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce - the only time we’ve been charged for a baby portion in Stresa, everywhere else here it’s been offered for free. ☹️

Op het terras hebben we lekker gegeten. Veel gerechten op de kaart hadden een of meer verrassende ingrediënten. Vooral de risotto was erg lekker. De bediening was vriendelijk en heel snel.

Bel locale con possibilità di mangiare anche all’aperto. Buoni i bao Buns di carne (2 è molto abbondanti). Eccezionale il cordon blue di coniglio, mentre invece la pasta mischiata cozze patate e provola era un po’ pesante. Buoni senza strafare i dolci (5/8€).
