The selection of meats is excellent, as is the owner's attention to detail when cooking, even down to the choice of charcoal, which he told me is certified. Indeed, the difference lies in the aroma it leaves on the meat, especially the beef. Kudos to you for your passion and dedication. If the place had been nicer, I would have given at least four stars, even for the atmosphere.

I'm a worker who travels all over Italy for work, and when I find a place like this, I'm super satisfied. Wonderful place, you feel right at home. Super welcoming, with high-quality products, and they treat you like your grandmother would. Everything made the old-fashioned way with love. Not much to say, lots to eat; the photos speak for themselves. Thanks to all the staff and the owner, who is truly TOP and treated me with white cashmere gloves.
