The selection of meats is excellent, as is the owner's attention to detail when cooking, even down to the choice of charcoal, which he told me is certified. Indeed, the difference lies in the aroma it leaves on the meat, especially the beef. Kudos to you for your passion and dedication. If the place had been nicer, I would have given at least four stars, even for the atmosphere.

I'm a worker who travels all over Italy for work, and when I find a place like this, I'm super satisfied.
Wonderful place, you feel right at home.
Super welcoming, with high-quality products, and they treat you like your grandmother would.
Everything made the old-fashioned way with love.
Not much to say, lots to eat; the photos speak for themselves.

The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and generous portions.
The menu respects tradition but with a personal touch that is evident and appreciated.
The owner was extremely friendly and, above all, very knowledgeable: he passionately explained each dish to us, offering the best recommendations and making us feel right at home.
An authentic place, where you can experience warmth and savor authentic cuisine.
