My partner and I had dinner at this typical restaurant and we really enjoyed it from all points of view.
The Maitre is very courteous and helpful, he really cares about making the customer satisfied with small attentions.
Moving on to the food, there is little to say, fresh raw materials, balanced flavors and care in the plating. We had the cuttlefish gnocchi with bottarga (delicious), John Dory au gratin, Sardinian heifer fillet, two glasses of Vermentino and two cream-based desserts, always prepared by them.
Finally, excellent location in the center of Alghero.
I recommend it and if I ever had to go back on vacation I would gladly go back.

Fantástica comida, opta por el menú degustación de cuatro o cinco platos con vino a juego. Optamos por el menú degustación de tierra (o mar) que era tan agradable. Excelentes ingredientes, cocina y relación calidad-precio Yo recomendaría este restaurante si estás en Alghero!

By far the BEST food so far in Sardinia. Beautiful, seasonal, fresh, local ingredients prepared with care and complimented with exceptional local wines by the very knowledgeable and genial owner/chef. We had the 4 course tasting "land" menu and can't wait to come back to try the tasting "sea" menu. Mille grazie

Absolutely best restaurant you can find in Alghero. Amazing food, lovely chef and a great waiter. One of the best dinners we ever had. Highly recommend.

We tried the land tasting: everything was really good, especially the fillet, simply spectacular. Impeccable service. When we return to Alghero, we will certainly be tempted by the seafood tasting.

Delicious! Cuisine with only regional products and an equally regional wine list. We were very well received with our 3 children. The service is also great.
