4 of us had dinner, all based on truffles. I had already been (well) for quick work lunches, but never for dinner. Well-kept tavern environment that makes you feel at home. Impeccable welcome with flutes of prosecco and homemade Fossa cheese. Well recommended by the owner, Danilo, we ordered and shared the appetizer and first courses: excellent, plentiful and rich in truffles. Desserts prepared by the wife, delicious and not cloying. Then coffee and rum. The bill was also a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended. The little trip from Rimini is overpaid

Stop in case of returning home. Very welcoming and warm environment. Friendly staff. Excellent and very good dishes. Highly recommended starter Madame Dore'. The first courses and desserts we ate were excellent. Restaurant specializing in mushrooms and truffles. Too bad it's far from where we live. We will definitely return if we are in the area. Excellent value for money.

Restaurant that deserves to be tried. It is located a little out of the way from the Rimini area, but the trip will be worth it. It is located in Novalfetria.
The dishes are very original. I recommend starting with the Madama starter, then the Mussolini-style tagliatelle and the tender and succulent meat (all rigorously photographed). Excellent wine cellar for all palates.
It would be a sacrilege to end without the Torta Madama (warm dark chocolate cake with pieces of white chocolate covered in a soft mascarpone cream).
The owner is very friendly and extroverted and makes you feel pampered and at ease with every course.

The proposition is always dedicated and never banal, despite the great flagships such as: Appetizer Madamadoré and Truffle Tagliatelle prepared at the table!

Nous avions trouvé ce restaurant sur internet avant de nous rendre en Italie et notre hôte nous l’avait également conseillé. Que dire… C’était succulent ! La carte est petite mais semble garantir des produits de qualité. Nous avons pris tous les deux un antipasti - tartare et carpaccio - à base de truffes et un primi piatti de pâtes également à base de truffes. Le bonheur intégral !!!
