It's worth it! We love hiking in the area. We've tried several local restaurants, all good. But Madama Dorè is a cut above for quality, variety, and the friendliness of the owner!

AMAZING LUNCH. We booked at the last minute because we were passing through Nuovafeltria, and the friendly and very personable owner found us a table. All the dishes were top-notch: from the exquisite fresh pasta to the best carpaccio I've ever eaten, which was easily torn apart by a fork. A huge plus was the option to order gluten-free pasta for one of us, which he said was one of the best he'd ever had. The desserts were superb: mascarpone, cheesecake, and apple puff pastry. Everything looked so inviting that I didn't have time to take photos of the dishes, except for the desserts. Superb prices. Even though we're not from the area, we'll definitely be back!

The restaurant isn't particularly beautiful, the interior is dark, and the veranda a bit crowded, but the food is nothing to write home about. The menu focuses on truffles, with wonderful pasta dishes prepared with mattarello, and good, plentiful meat dishes. The service, being that we were there on a Sunday when the restaurant was full, left a bit to be desired, and we had a long wait between courses. The ricotta tortelli with truffle were perfectly spreadable, and the tagliatelle with truffle, with its firm pasta and quality butter, were wonderful. The passatelli with truffle were also good. The truffle tartare and the giardiniera that accompanied the charcuterie board were noteworthy. The owner is definitely a good host. I'll gladly return and recommend it, because there's a reason why the two of us ate three entrees!

Where you live (it can happen), it's hard to eat badly with all those places out there.
But it's really hard to eat well, and I mean, very well, like you do!!
You're a local leader for your high-quality products and attention to detail in the dishes that come out of the kitchen, sometimes inspired by expert recipes from my mother and grandmother...
A place worth visiting even just for a good glass of wine, because it has a vast and well-stocked cellar of excellent vintages, both local and otherwise...
In a welcoming family atmosphere, Danilo, the soul of the place, welcomed me like a lifelong friend. His decisive yet unobtrusive personality made us happy to have come to his home.

New Year's Eve dinner with the family. A menu that was worth 30 euros. Truly excellent. Excellent service despite the crowds. The wait staff were excellent. The owner was perfect, friendly and approachable. I think we'll be back several times. The price was also reasonable, considering the evening.

CELIAC STOP HERE.
We booked this place for my son's soccer game; there were about 20 of us.
The restaurant is on the left-hand side of the road toward Rimini. It has 4-5 parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but 200 meters further down the road on the right there is a parking lot with about 20 spaces.
We agreed on a €35 menu that included an appetizer:
Porcini soufflé, porcini mushroom and truffle crostini, polenta with sausage and porcini mushrooms, truffle cabbage, and truffle carpaccio.
Two first courses: tortelloni with truffles, or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and ravioli with porcini mushrooms and pistachios, or tagliatelle with melted butter and truffle. Water, coffee, and a bottle of wine for every four menus.
The wait was a bit long, but the restaurant was packed. Everything was truly excellent. Kudos to the kitchen, well done.
We finished with dessert. I had Madama Dorè, like others. It probably wasn't enough for everyone, so to make it last, they served a tiny slice with 200 grams of mascarpone on top to disguise the small amount. Of course, this is nonsense, especially since the dessert was delicious, but I don't understand why they couldn't tell the truth that there wasn't enough for everyone; we would have chosen something else.
Praise also for the very clean and well-kept restrooms, stocked with toiletry bags with sanitary pads, wipes, etc. for customers' use.
My overall rating is 9, for the quality of the dishes and the empathy of the owner, truly a frontman, who knows how to do his job and pick up where his team stumbles. Congratulations, well done!!!
