Osteria Lo Spuntino In Caorso

We stayed here about a year ago and are about to return; we had a great time! I'll be more specific in my next review.

A true osteria, with a menu announced by word of mouth, quality food and generous portions at a more than fair price. Special mention for the rabbit with mustard and the anolini in broth. Long live osterias like these.

Imagine one summer evening, Andrea and Mauricio, literally immersed in the Caorso countryside where the farsighted energy of the short-sighted Italian green has committed a massacre of public money..... Let's go to dinner: Piacenza appetizers, exceptional coppa... giardiniera and then the queen of the court, the guinea fowl.... Excellent simplicity and taste, it doesn't take much while waiting for the snails...
