Osteria La Vache Folle In Aosta

I liked it, good choice of dishes and friendly staff.

A typical Valdostan osteria with excellent service. The ravioli alla fonduta are a delight.

This establishment is a marvel. We ate a real feast at a very reasonable price.

Aosta Valley cuisine, family-run, and a charming location. They produce most of the products on the menu themselves. They also offer complimentary digestives. Excellent value for money.

Ten people, a little late, all different orders, we were served very well, very good and we will come back, thank you

Excellent menu, very kind staff, impeccable service and honest price

The food was good (the only flaw was the quantity), but the service left much to be desired. We ordered two full menus, but they didn't bring one of the included waters (which we had even requested). Furthermore, after the main course, we were left to our own devices, so much so that we had to call the waiter back for dessert.

Everything is just right here. A very nice, rustic restaurant, friendly service, and the food is delicious and hearty. The decor is unique and you can't get enough of it.

Cena in famiglia molto buona. Piatti arrivati quasi subito dopo l'ordinazione. Nel complesso molto buoni, anche i dolci. Prezzo corretto con quanto mangiato. Alla fine ci è stato proposto di fare anche un gioco (consigliato perché molto divertente). Locale addobbato in stile valdostano e personale molto gentile. Cena consigliata.

Arriviamo dalla Toscana, una piccola ricerca e il più vicino era appunto questa osteria. REGINA la prenotazione. Ambiente molto particolare, tipico, accogliente.. mura e personale. Partiamo con un antipasto misto salumi ed io un raviolo alla fonduta spolverati al pane nero, poi una grigliata mista con zucchine e patate mentre io verdure saltate con pomodorino piccante e polenta il tutto accompagnato dal vino nero della casa. OTTIMO TUTTO! Le carni, le lumache, e verdure sono di produzione propria, (le lumache vanno con le stagioni). Ah, anche un'ottima mousse al cioccolato A fine pasto ci offrono 3 digestivi aromatizzati al Tabacco, Ginepro e Assenzio rispettivamente di 28° 40° e 55° PAZZESCHI. Se non fosse che siamo,lontani, verremo qua più spesso. Complimenti!!
