We returned to Ostuni again this year both for the city which is truly very beautiful, but above all to have dinner here.
The staff is friendly and prepared,
The owner is an exquisite person and the dishes served to us are "exceptional".
Osteria La Sparacima is an obligatory stop and is worth all the kilometers you have to travel from wherever you are in Puglia.
We will return to Puglia and will definitely return to dine here.

I have been coming to Puglia for 24 years and this is by far the best restaurant I have eaten in, this restaurant is not at all a tourist trap, the cuisine is authentic, fine and sought after, the hearty dishes and the Very pleasant servers. I will come back without any hesitation, I highly recommend it.

Great experience. We stayed in the outdoor area of the restaurant and were very well served, both in quantity/quality of food and attention given by the staff. We tried the Capunti con mago d’angello and the Gnocchi farciti cacio pepe, both were very well prepared, with very well served portions. The house red wine (Negroamaro) was also very good.
At night, the surrounding environment is also very attractive and we could hear pleasant music coming from a nearby restaurant.
More than recommended!
