A really nice little restaurant, especially for its location in the little square and its simple yet refined atmosphere. The food was good, I'd say; perhaps a bit of a wait, but nothing out of the ordinary. I found it a bit overpriced for the portions, but overall we had a good time.

Delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it; the best restaurant of our trip. Special mention for the pasta alla amatriciana.

Everything was quite good, and the dishes were well-presented, but I can confirm the rigidity of the management. We booked for December 31st, and since one person is gluten-intolerant, we asked if there was an alternative for the first course and were told that gluten-free pasta was available. When we got to ordering, we were told it wasn't possible that evening because the kitchen couldn't organize itself given the set menu. It's plausible, but we had chosen that place because we had been assured they would offer the special pasta, but when we politely pointed this out, they told us it wasn't true. Bad. At the end of the dinner, we ordered dessert, which the very kind waiter reminded us was not on the set menu, and we confirmed that we wanted it, without realizing (the prices weren't displayed) that it could cost €25 per person for delicious yet simple desserts like a small baked apple and a Malu chocolate and cream cup. If we had known the exorbitant price, we wouldn't have agreed to pay €75 for three desserts. I understand New Year's Eve and I repeat, it's all plausible but it needs to be communicated, if you don't want to do it in writing at least verbally.

Simply the best restaurant we did during those 5 days in Roma. Food was very good, everything was well cooked and the atmosphere very cosy! Service impeccable!

We've been twice already and it's been a success both times 😋 The staff are incredibly attentive, very kind, smiling, and welcoming! The fried artichokes are an absolute must-try!!! The rest of the menu we tried was also very good. We'll be back ☺️ Grazie mille!

Lunch featuring tonnarelli cacio e pepe and sautéed chicory, perfect for a light lunch on a busy day. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen! Reservations recommended.

Quality and courtesy are a given. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and rustically elegant. It would be helpful to enhance the wine list's quality, with more niche, less commercial labels and a reasonable markup (which, for some wines currently on the list, appears disproportionate and out of line with the actual price to the expert and informed customer—as is typically the case with patrons of the Osterie d'Italia Slow Food network. This, for customers accustomed to that quality level, is a small flaw that affects the restaurant's rating and image).

I've always liked this place for the food, the atmosphere, everything... but you can't give us an hour and a half for dinner and send us away immediately after.

Literally one of my best culinary experience in Roma. 100% recommend that place if you enjoy a cosy atmosphere and a pure local food experience. Staff was amazing. We have had : - Gnocchis with meat, Carbonara and Pasta All Amatriciana. - Tiramisus. Price are super fair for the experience
