One of the best meats we've had in Tuscany. Great selection of menu with reasonable price. Truly a taste you won't forget! Make sure to make reservation before coming.

A lovely trattoria, excellent homemade pasta, served with a delicious meat sauce. The tiramisu was also very good. The wait time was reasonable, as was the final bill.

A traditional, family-run restaurant. Excellent, truly high-quality food, cooked the old-fashioned way. We were looking for a traditional, rustic atmosphere, and this is exactly what we found. The owners are very kind.

Simply amazing local cuisine! Incredible flavors and very unassuming, quaint location. We got the gnocchi with Chianti pesto (delicious) and steak with portobello (exquisite!) Highly recommend.

03/02/2026: What a lovely evening! Great company, a wonderful welcome from the owners and the very polite and professional Christian! Superb service, food, and atmosphere! The food was excellent, the pasta with duck sauce, the meatballs with spicy tomato sauce, and all the desserts were delicious!
25/01/2026: The restaurant is located in front of the Verdi Theater, making it very convenient for those attending a show, but...go there anyway!!! The atmosphere is welcoming, the food excellent, and the staff are very kind and professional. A perfect prelude to a pleasant evening. We come here every time we're in Florence for a show. Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: This place is very popular but also relatively big. The feel is truly Italian and there are locals eating here as well as many many tourists. I popped in during lunch hour to book for the evening and was told that there was no need to hold a table because the wait in the evening was not going to be very long. Which was true, even tho there was many people waiting we got seated in just over 10 minutes. Overall good experience, just felt the tables were very close together to seat as many people as they can, which I guess is fair being city centre Firenze. Our waiter was super nice, but rushing around as the place was busy. We ordered the steak of 1.2 kg (cost 6,5 euros for 100g). Similar cut of Fiorentina, but without the fillet. It was cooked to perfection and tasted awesome. Potatoes were great too. For us (2p) this was enough but if you are hungry you need something extra. Cantucci with vin santo were superb too.
