04/10/2025: Spurred by the photos and the positive comments, we decided to give it a try. The menu was a bit sparse. For an appetizer, we ordered grilled ravioli (they arrived after we finished the ramen). The insides seemed overcooked and only contained pork, but the sauce gave them flavor and spiciness. The ramen, in my opinion, wasn't very flavorful; the broth was very basic and not very hot. In fact, it didn't allow the spaghetti to finish cooking, so they were a bit al dente. The ramen itself was cooked well. My daughter had the Chicken Katsu Ramen without the vegetables; she liked the meat and the spaghetti, too. My husband had the same dish without any deprivation; he also liked it, but complained that the quantity wasn't enough to satisfy him and the price was high. In essence, the portions are small and are designed for Italian tastes and cooked by Italians.

13/08/2025: I can't remember the last time I left a restaurant feeling so satisfied. The place is small, intimate, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the food is truly high, and everything on the menu is mouth-watering. The wait times are reasonable for the type of products served, which taste and feel like they're entirely handmade. The ramen and bao I ordered were truly delicious; perhaps the only slight negative is that the main course wasn't particularly filling (I realize this is a very subjective thing). The prices are very reasonable. I plan to return several times; highly recommended.
