Osteria La Lanterna In Caprile

The owners of the place are hospitable, the food is delicious and fresh, a homely and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Rustic but very welcoming atmosphere....excellent pizza...tasty traditional local dishes upon reservation

Trattoria sulle colline di Caprile, trovata per caso dopo la visita al Giardino Belvedere (consigliato). Tranquilla, personale cortese ,menù senza pretese ma accettabile. Poca scelta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo per l'offerta un po squilibrato verso l'alto. Senza infamia e senza lode, ci si toglie la fame.

As for the pizzas, nothing to complain about, they are very good. The same goes for the setting which makes this place a bit of a family place. On the other hand, for the negative sides, the service was far too long (the restaurant was almost empty) and the quality of the dishes was average and the presentation poor.

Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend everyone to stop by sometime and eat a good calamari pizza.
