A typical, authentic country inn we stumbled upon by chance during a bike ride. Superlative food, including the homemade tortelli all'osso buco. The staff were incredibly friendly; we'll definitely be back.

Lunch break during a trip. Very well-maintained facility, new and spotless bathroom, handicap accessible and separate for men and women. Our four-legged friends are also welcome. The osteria is located two kilometers from the Romea state road in Ca Cappello and is situated at the foot of a church. The fixed-price menu is Monday to Friday at €15 per person and includes a first course, second course, and side dish, plus half a glass of water and half a glass of wine. At the end of each course, coffee is served, along with a homemade tart. The owner and chef comes around the tables to greet everyone at the end of the meal, a very thoughtful gesture. The elegant decor is a country osteria theme, the food is fresh and very well prepared, even the pasta is al dente and the portions are generous. It's open until 4:00 PM, but prep time is preferable as it's very busy and there are two service shifts, 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM.
