Unmissable location on a very green Rimini hill, traditional food, cockerel alla cacciatora, homemade tagliatelle with ragù, squacquerone with caramelized figs, red and white wine on tap and various bottles of excellent brands, kind and helpful staff. But what really sets the osteria apart is its panoramic position over the city of Rimini.

Very casual tavern, lots of people, a bit of a mess, simple food (the ragù was really nothing special). We took the small tasting menu with 2 first courses and the grill with side dish for €30 per person, the first courses arrived with very very small portions, but we asked for a second which was granted so no problem in the end. We really liked the mixed grill. Its strong point is the location which in summer is really enjoyable with a view of the coast. The service is very fast, but a bit difficult to attract the attention of the waiters, because there are many tables, but nothing drastic, in the end a pleasant experience.

I recommend going more for the beauty of the place than for the food or service. It's nice inside, but very noisy when crowded. Very simple dishes with little character, nothing struck us. They forgot an appetizer and we ate them in shifts, I had to get up because my boyfriend's carpaccio didn't arrive. The vegetable flan had cheese on top, which wasn't mentioned on the menu and some might not like it. No options for vegans. Unsympathetic and inattentive service. We wanted dessert but we gave up and drank coffee at the counter because after the first courses we were left to ourselves. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back, even though the prices are very good and the place is really nice.

La Chiacchiera is always a guarantee.
Superlative panorama of Rimini and the entire Rimini Riviera, including part of the Valconca.
First-rate appetizers, with truffle carpaccio, parmigianina and turkey.
Excellent quality meat, superb cheese ravioli with truffle. And then the must is the dessert, which I have only found here: squacquerone ice cream with caramelized figs.
Friendly and friendly staff, normal prices.
It is definitely worth taking a trip to the picturesque Covignano di Rimini to try La Chiacchiera.

We spent a wonderful evening with friends. The dinner is rustic, local. The products are excellent, the wine is excellent. The atmosphere, inside warm and welcoming, outside opens to the most magical view of the entire coast. We sang under the stars in the beautiful dehor, what else to add? We will certainly return! Beautiful location with a view of Rimini. Genuine food and excellent in its "simplicity". It is worth trying and spending an evening or a good lunch there. Very kind owner and with that Romagna welcome that I would define as "of the past"
