You sit directly on the hillside among the alleyways of Siena. The price/performance ratio is just about right. The taste was also okay. The service was very friendly.

We often return to La Chiacchiera whenever we happen to stop in Siena; it's always a guarantee!
Both traditional dishes and some reinterpretations, with a focus on seasonal products on the daily menu... Highly recommended 🌟

It deserves its place in the 2025 Routard!
I had to eat quickly before my visit to the Duomo, so I was able to eat on the unusual terrace of this osteria. The staff was extremely friendly, and it was very, very good!
I didn't get to try the homemade tiramisu, which wasn't ready yet 🥲

I can only speak for two things: the spritzs and the atmosphere. I mean if you need a place to stop have the BEST Hugo spritz period (and I have been in Italy for 3 weeks now and drank a lot of those at this point all around the cities) this is the place. Siena is a must in your itinerary and once you’re there just give you 20-30 min sit on this beautiful street on those little tables they have enjoy the view and enjoy a hood drink. It’s worth it!! Excellent service by the way.

El lugar estaba bastante ocupado, así que los camareros parecían un poco apresurados. Sin embargo, ¡tenía la mejor carbonara que he probado! Los precios eran razonables, y todo el lugar tenía un ambiente italiano tan auténtico. Definitivamente vale la pena – ¡hazlo!

Sono stato in questo ristorante nel centro di Siena per caso, senza prenotare.
È stata una piacevole sorpresa!!
Il personale di sala professionale e simpatico, la cucina ne organizzata e poi… devo dire che ho mangiato una ribollita veramente top.
Uno staff veramente capace di mettere a proprio agio i clienti. Bravi
