10/07/2025: We celebrated an important event for our family at Bistrot Bio, after having already been there for dinner. Both experiences, though very different in setting (indoors/outdoors, lunch/dinner, event/dinner for two), were brilliant, even with large numbers of guests. The products are seasonal and local, as well as extremely fresh, and cooked with immense attention to detail, the blend of flavors, and presentation. All the dishes are beautifully presented. The manager is extremely affable and sincere, as is the friendly service. They are very honest and professional, without falling into formality or personal reporting. Despite our organizational difficulties, they were truly on point. The only oversight was forgetting to prepare a dessert specifically for a guest with a specific diet. But that in no way diminishes the excellence of the food, service, staff, and beautiful, well-kept venue. The dessert (strawberry millefeuille) was a huge hit! All the courses were fantastic: light yet sophisticated. No one wanted to leave! Highly recommended!!!
08/06/2025: Spectacular place, well-kept and very elegant, a small oasis in the chaos of the city. Traditional dishes, also revisited, with a careful study and an incredible balance of flavors. Highly recommended the beef tartare and the pork with tonkatsu. To perfect the evening, the professionalism, the kindness and above all the passion that the manager transmits to the customers during dinner.
