Osteria Il Sigillo In Rosignano marittimo

I went there for dinner with friends....quiet, not flashy place immersed in the historic village of Rosignano Maritime. Very well cared for (I particularly appreciated the Florentine influence in every sense). Excellent dinner very well looked after by the owner's daughter (whom I really congratulate). He was friendly and sociable and served us special and delicious dishes. Fair price for quality and service!

We ate at Sigillo a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. A calm and peaceful environment... the innkeeper and his wife manage the environment alone so no fury and a lot of patience... all compensated by excellent cuisine.

Let me start by saying that I went there for dinner, so I will tell you about the restaurant. Let's get this straight, because in reality there was only one negative thing, then all the others were positive. The bill is a little above average, so be prepared to spend a little more than other restaurants. Having said the sore point, let's now recover, the restaurant is small, romantic, a mix between homemade and modern, very very beautiful. The food is truly delicious, from starters to desserts, there wasn't a course that didn't satisfy us. You can see and find it in the flavors that perhaps even this higher price is precisely in the search for quality in the product. It is quite convenient to reach it, because there is a very large car park behind it and then you can reach it on foot in 3 minutes. So to conclude, I will happily return.

Excellent dinner as always to be repeated

I had dinner at the tavern. It serves various Tuscan specialties, I found everything excellent, from the starter to the dessert, highly recommended.
