We were at Osteria Il Sigillo with a large group: 18 adults and 9 children. From the moment we were welcomed we felt pampered and well looked after. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive to everyone's needs, including the little ones. The menu was able to please every palate: tasty and well-prepared dishes for omnivores, but also excellent vegetarian options, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. From starters to desserts, every course was a success. The children were happy with their dedicated portions and the space was perfect to allow them to move around peacefully. A special thanks to the staff for the impeccable management of such a large group: right timing, smiles and great professionalism. Highly recommended for dinners with friends, families and large groups!

Spacious and very well kept room. Beautiful view. Kind and attentive people. The small table with biscuits, herbal teas, coffee... was very welcome.

I went there for dinner with friends....quiet, not flashy place immersed in the historic village of Rosignano Maritime. Very well cared for (I particularly appreciated the Florentine influence in every sense). Excellent dinner very well looked after by the owner's daughter (whom I really congratulate). He was friendly and sociable and served us special and delicious dishes. Fair price for quality and service!

Locale tipico nel centro storico di Rosignano Marittimo...piccolo e accogliente ben disposto. Molto carino. Cibo ottimo ben curato e ben presentato. Bravissima la giovanissima chef!!! Titolare (fiorentino D.O.C.) molto simpatico e disponibile!!!

14/07/2025: It had rained that day, so we sat inside. That made it less pleasant. It's a beautiful spot in an orchard. The food was excellent. It's a shame you didn't get a receipt with the cost of the food and drinks. The cashier scribbled everything down on a piece of paper and charged the total in one go. It seemed expensive to us, but we couldn't check it on the receipt.
13/07/2025: Everything was delicious, and the place was truly beautiful. The service was excellent and attentive to the customer's needs. The only thing that left me dissatisfied was the price. In my opinion, for what we ate and drank, almost €40 per person is really high. If you were to have lunch or dinner with a first and second course, you would definitely be paying over €50 per person. It seems really excessive, considering you can eat just as well, in just as beautiful places, but for much less.

27/06/2025: We had a wonderful evening together. Our waiter, Marco, was especially friendly.
26/06/2025: Pleasant, quiet atmosphere, you can hear the swallows. Nice to be there. Ricotta and pecorino gnocchi on a cream of chickpeas and leeks, filleted scorzone. Good but the mix of the various flavors made the result a bit neutral on the palate. Spaghetti with mussels, cuttlefish, saffron, sea urchin carbonara. Here too, the same thing as above. It's a shame that the flavors are so mixed that they are annihilated. You could taste the sea urchin a lot, no saffron, tasteless mussels. It's a shame. Grilled vegetable timbale and buffalo mozzarella. Flavors that get lost in the mix. Good anyway. Dishes that are certainly well-finished, refined but without that soul that makes you remember. Too bad. And sometimes Michelin gets more caught up in the particularity of the story of the dish and not in the flavor.
