Caltabellotta è un paese in cima a un monte alle spalle di Sciacca, a quasi mille metri sul livello del mare. La ripida salita a tornanti vale però la pena, perché il paese è molto piacevole e la vista dalla terrazza del ristorante mozzafiato. Il cibo è ottimo, con materie prime d’eccellenza e un servizio rapido e cortese. Le paste fantastiche, il gambero rosso di Mazaro abbondante e ben condito, la carne di prima scelta; anche i dolci si sono fatti apprezzare!

Eravamo in zona e ci siamo informati dove cenare con la cucina tipica, che dire posto incantevole, si mangia benissimo tra tradizione e innovazione in un locale molto ben curato con personale molto accogliente e preparato.
