A truly enjoyable dinner with tasty dishes and high-quality ingredients. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was fantastic, as were the rest of the dishes. Definitely worth a try!

Truly a wonderful experience. Every time I come to Osteria Forno Ercole, I experience a pleasant, peaceful experience, starting with the warm welcome that puts you at ease. If you ask for explanations of the dishes, they'll even show you the ingredients, like the "egg mushrooms," which I'd never heard of. Excellent food: my friend and I had an appetizer, first course, and dessert. For the appetizer, a Fassona beef tartare with truffle, egg, and savory zabaglione was truly excellent. For the first course, tagliatelle with egg mushrooms, delicate and delicious. For dessert, we relied on the expert advice of the owner or waiter (I'm not sure which was the predominant role, actually... maybe both), and we did very well because the Sibillini pink apple tartare (if I remember correctly, the specifics) was a light and enveloping finish to the meal. The wine that accompanied the meal was also recommended, and we accepted the suggestion (we wanted a Lacrima wine) for a Rosso Conero from a renowned winery whose name, I apologize, I don't remember, and again, an excellent choice. The quality/price ratio was right, and there's no cover charge at lunch. So, as always, I can only thank the Chef and Restaurateur for this wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful evening yesterday with a culinary highlight. From antipasti to dolci, all the dishes were freshly prepared (porcini mushrooms and chanterelles were shown to us at the table by the chef). All the plates were beautifully presented. We received very friendly and entertaining service. The osteria is very attractive and well-maintained both inside and out. Many thanks to the team for the lovely evening.

The atmosphere is meticulously maintained, with a young and helpful staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of local wine and homemade chips as an appetizer, a much-appreciated touch.
I tried the passatelli with zucchini, crispy bacon, and saffron fondue: a tasty dish with well-balanced flavors.
Before leaving, near the cash register, we watched the chef hand-roll the fresh pasta for the following day, a little treat that further demonstrates the authenticity of the place.

I passed through Jesi last night for work and stopped at Osteria Forno Ercole to try some traditional Marche dishes.
The photos speak for themselves: a very well-kept restaurant, excellent cuisine, and a very well-stocked wine list.
I highly recommend the Mancini spaghetti with squid ink (the best I've ever had).
The homemade desserts are definitely worth trying, especially the chocolate coulant and pear bordeaux.
