The dishes are refined, unique, and revisited. The ingredients are top-quality. The plating is also beautiful. The waiters are professional, attentive, and kind. The atmosphere is modern and bright. The sound-absorbing panels allow you to chat quietly at the table. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

We had lunch as a couple at this charming and welcoming restaurant/osteria. Tagliolini with octopus ragù and trofie with pesto, potatoes, and green beans were both delicious. For the main course, roast beef and stewed squid delighted our palates. An excellent dessert, three glasses of Vermentino, and two coffees rounded out our wonderful experience at Didu'. The bill (€83) was absolutely reasonable for the hospitality, food, and location.

Fantastic food, masterfully prepared. The finest ingredients are lovingly and expertly prepared at Didu. These outstanding local dishes are then served by a very friendly, almost familial service. The culinary experience is perfectly complemented by an extensive selection of hand-picked wines. Everything was of the highest standard, yet the prices were by no means exorbitant. At Didu, you feel completely pampered and can enjoy the experience with all your senses. My soul was truly happy! Thank you for this wonderful evening. We will definitely be back.

We happened to pass by it and it already looked inspiring. Friends and I decided to try something. Well, it was worth it, and we'll be back soon because we saw the other dishes, which were identical to those photographed by others, but looked better in person.

08/02/2026: Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Tasty first courses, but above all, the most beautiful and delicious capon magro in the western part of Italy. A challenging dish, but here the flavors are well-balanced, and the fish doesn't disappear into the vegetables. Definitely worth a try.

12/03/2026: I don't even know where to begin. I think it is the most charming, cozy, welcoming place I've stayed. Nestled on the banks of a river in the hills of Liguria, this is a real gem. Fireplaces in the rooms, cozy Italian vibe that we must all be looking for in a small Italian village, spa, swimming pool, nature, and an INCREDIBLE restaurant on site for lunch or dinner, at great prices, and included buffet salty/sweet Italian breakfast. Very romantic, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful place for a getaway. And if you feel like moving (you may not want to leave the premises!), you're only a 15 minute drive to the coast where you can enjoy the sea, a walk by the beach, and all the beach side bars and restaurants. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
19/02/2026: Such an exceptional place that I went back within a month! The fireplace with everything you need to light a fire, the large room, the amazing bathroom... the tranquil atmosphere, perfect for getting away from it all and finding peace and quiet... What impressed me most was the service, the value for money, and especially the gourmet menu. There's a very talented chef. High-flying gastronomy at a very reasonable price. Everyone should try it! We also opted for the spa. It was absolutely worth it. It was magical. Best experience I've ever had. The cured meats and cheese spread was unbelievable, the view from the jacuzzi was so peaceful, private, and wild... Best find in a decade. Not an exaggeration.
