A good trattoria in the upper part of Ascea. We went there after reading the reviews, and I have to say the pizza is good, and the speed with which it was served was also good. The only thing I would recommend, and why I didn't give it a higher rating, is a little empathy from the staff. A smile makes life better 😉, and customers will definitely come back with more desire.

Lovely little place in Ascea. We had the pizza, fried fish, grilled sausages and the tiramisu. Every single dish as excellent. This is the type of place you hope to discover driving around in Italy. High quality food, perfectly executed and served without pretension.
Make reservation if you planning to go Friday or Saturday night.

Beautiful place where we ate an excellent pizza and a large appetizer with fried pizza, croquettes and frittatine. Very kind and helpful staff, they had set a table on the outside terrace but since it was a bit cool we asked the courtesy of sitting inside and they immediately obliged us. Excellent value for money, we will definitely return.

A nice tavern in the center of the town, not too touristy.
The pizza is very good, the dough and the ingredients are good.
The kitchen has some good dishes, perhaps not too suitable for those looking for pure Cilento tradition but there are still good dishes to try.

A hidden gem but worth discovering!
The first time I went I tried their cuisine and I was more than satisfied, genuine ingredients, fresh and cooked with simplicity and attention to detail. The second time, however, I tasted the pizza which, to my pleasant surprise, placed it on the podium of the best in Cilento, if not the best! Very light dough and slow food ingredients that not even the chicest pizzeria in Cilento would dream of putting on a pizza! Buffalo blue, Gioi cured meats, organic cacioricotta, bruised olives... even the tomato has a completely different flavour. all the best that Cilento offers in one place. Incredible

I piatti sono deliziosi e tradizionali con ingredienti scelti con cura.
C'era l'imbarazzo della scelta e quindi rimane la voglia di tornare per assaggiare altro.
A questo si aggiunge un posto con un atmosfera famigliare e arredato con attenzione.
Parlando con i gentilissimi e affabili proprietari si capisce che la passione è tanta quindi ci si fa davvero la promessa di tornare, magari d'estate!
