Very kind and friendly staff. We had a really excellent and plentiful starter of cold cuts. As a first course, fettuccine with courgette cream, really tasty!

The food is excellent, the service very attentive and the environment conveys immediate relaxation, thanks to the few seats and the possibility of eating under an olive tree with the sun setting behind you. Fair prices for the quality of meat offered and flavors that you don't taste every day. We will definitely be back

Prodotti di ottima qualita'. Ottima selezione dei vini. Cortesia e accoglienza sono il Top! Tutto tipicamente di produzione locale. Bellissima esperienza, siamo usciti con il sorriso. Lo consiglio vivamente. Noi di sicuro, appena torniamo a Viterbo, facciamo tappa !!! Federico e Emily

Beautiful experience with local cuisine. The Fieno canepinese (a type of local pasta) with white wild boar ragù is exceptional but the Pici cacio e pepe with truffle are also very good. The sliced ​​beef with raspberries from the Cimini Mountains is also spectacular.

L'osteria si trova all'interno di un centro sportivo in periferia di Viterbo. L'arredo è spartano ma hanno comunque voluto dare una particolarità ricoprendo alcune pareti con pannelli di sughero, mettendo all'ingresso un enorme pannello con la storia dell' utilizzo del sughero...insomma la fantasia non manca. La persona che ci ha servito è stata molto professionale è cordiale. I piatti sono molto particolari e ben realizzati. Abbiamo mangiato con gusto ed apprezzato il modo con cui sono stati presentati sia i primi che il dolce. Una piacevolissima scoperta. Consigliatissimo

Cibo buono che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il conto ... salatino!!! , anche con lo sconto riservato, ben oltre il prezzo medio pubblicizzato. Forte discordanza tra il prezzo del vino sulla carta dei vini e quello trovato sul conto. Peccato!!!

11/12/2024: Arriving when the kitchen was closed, we were still cordially welcomed by the owner Roberto who prepared an exquisite mixed platter for us, all with high and refined quality local products. It deserves five stars not only for our experience, but also for the (heartfelt) comments of other diners and for the friendliness and competence of the staff!
05/12/2024: We had an amazing lunch and were served by (I think) the owner - what a very nice gentleman and so friendly and welcoming to our young toddler (just over 1,5yo). We had the pasta with boar and a boar stew with oven baked potatoes. All dishes were perfect in terms of taste, portion and nicely presented. The interior is a blend of modern and classic/historic building - but in a nice and cosy way. We were passing by, but woildn't skip this place when in the neighborhood - highly recommend, many thanks.

27/11/2024: Good food, service a little slow and the name is right for the atmosphere. Absolute 0 heating and not suitable for eating peacefully.
26/11/2024: We went for the first time on Sunday! A fabulous lunch, honest prices, delicious food and courteous and kind staff We will definitely be back!!
