It's located inside a sports club with tennis courts, paddle tennis, and a swimming pool; outdoor parking is available. We ordered a mixed platter of cured meats, cheeses, and bruschetta, along with a trio of pizzottelle, followed by gnocchi alla viterbese with sausage ragù. To round out the meal, a tiramisu served in a moka pot—very creamy and delicious. The price was average. Service was reasonably timely (despite the busy weather).

Truly everything was excellent. Nice and comfortable location. Very good food, especially the gnocchi with sausage ragù. Quality local wines. Highly recommended.

Posto molto carino che non conoscevo, bello anche il design fatto tutto di sughero (nomen omen). Ottima cucina romana e prezzi giusti.

In una location caratteristica all'interno di centro sportivo, tutta arredata con il materiale del nome, questo piccolo ristorante propone piatti della tradizione locale accanto ad alcune piacevoli rivisitazioni. Servizio veloce e cortese, buona qualità delle materie prime e facilità di parcheggio. Insomma da provare se si passa a Virerbo zona aeroporto.

Today for the first time. The place is quaint, and the decor reflects the restaurant's name. The choice of local products was absolutely winning. Excellent products, well-cooked. The menu is consistent and reflects the Viterbo tradition. In the summer, from Rome, I'll gladly return to try the outdoor barbecue. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I didn't take any photos today... I was too hungry.

14/06/2025: Sufficient, local place. Location not very well looked after, appetizer 4 cold cuts thrown there, some good fried food, good pizza. I would put some mosquito nets to avoid the numerous insects that fly around you and on the table.

20/01/2025: Come da titolo completo per me è il massimo , un posto dove trovi un sacco di cose buone e c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta tante tapas buonissime io ho mandiato il polpo e gli arrosticini buonissimi il primo era meraviglioso come di rapa vongole e rombo poi dolce cocktail il locale molto bello e accogliente bravi e complimenti a tutti
