Found by chance. I was looking for chickpeas and tria and here I found a well-made dish. The Lecce-style fried food is also good.

We stopped by chance.
The staff were very welcoming.
The menu was adequate, not complex, and the dishes were simple.
The dishes were traditional and modern, delicious, and beautiful to look at.
My husband and I were very satisfied.
A wide selection of local wines.
The atmosphere was small but unique and welcoming.
We will definitely return to try more.

Very nice location in the center.
Excellent food, not touristy, reasonably priced.
Excellent service.
Only negative: the rice, potato, and mussel balls had a dairy product, probably mozzarella, even though it wasn't listed on the menu.
If I had been asked between courses or at the end of the meal if everything was okay, I would have said so constructively.
I'm still giving it five stars because the place deserves it, and I'm sure they'll make the necessary changes to the menu.

A wonderful experience, which we repeated.
We ate wonderfully.
Traditional Lecce dishes with a few innovations. The service is very attentive and attentive to customer needs.
It's definitely worth a try if you come to Lecce.

Excellent dishes...the chickpeas and tria are delicious. As for the second courses, they're a bit poor. A tip: the tuna needs to be cooked a little longer. Coffee with a moka pot is a great idea.

We had a great time. The menu wasn't terribly long, but it featured unique dishes that leaned toward tradition and ingredients that seemed high-quality. The pasta with broccoli rabe (even if it wasn't pureed, it would have been great) and the tuna were very good. I finally found a restaurant that treats the diaphragm!

So, let's be clear.
We're talking about something truly excellent here.
We asked for a special menu, with a reinterpretation of appetizers, each one better than the last.
We reached heights that are difficult to match with bold and authentic flavors, typical of Lecce tradition.
We then ordered some exceptional dishes for their interpretation and culinary innovation.
Truly an exceptional restaurant. Excellent quality, quantity, and price ratio.
We definitely must return.
