A very simple but welcoming atmosphere. The food is truly delicious: from the appetizers to the pizzas, all incredibly easy to digest and delicious. The desserts are also delicious. The wait staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Vyali: an unusual name for a figure who leaves an indelible mark. He welcomes you to Osteria Der Tempo Perso, with the meticulous attention that isn't mere courtesy, but genuine care. At his side is a young woman—whose name, unfortunately, escapes me—of extraordinary sweetness and precision, capable of always maintaining composure and aplomb, even when faced with a table like ours, demanding and full of different requests. The impression you get upon entering is that of a restaurant that knows exactly what it's doing, that knows its guests even if they've never met them before. A quiet professionalism reigns, made up of measured gestures, thorough preparation, and sincere dedication. Vyali's gaze is a gateway: direct, clear, magnetic. A gaze that doesn't shy away, but rather holds yours with natural firmness, accompanying it with a smile capable of lightening the spirit and establishing an immediate connection. It's rare to encounter eyes like these, capable of engaging in a silent, sincere dialogue with yours. The young waitress deserves special mention, combining efficiency and grace in accommodating the sometimes unruly requests of a lively table like ours, without neglecting my meticulous perfectionism. What's striking, in addition to her natural ability to adapt, is the understated elegance with which she tolerated even the slightest terminological uncertainty, in the fascinating lexical jungle that is the world of culinary art. A detail that, far from detracting from her merit, made her even more authentic and engaging. The gastronomic offerings were of the highest caliber: the appetizers, in particular, were beautifully presented and executed with impeccable execution, so much so that the entire table took pictures of them—except for me, who, as usual, forgot my phone at home. The options for those with celiac disease are numerous and well-thought-out; My only complaint is the lack of lactose-free options among the gluten-free dishes. It's well known that celiac disease and lactose intolerance often go hand in hand. I would have loved to have enjoyed the cheesecake or apple pie with ice cream; instead, I had to opt for the apple pie without the ice cream, which inevitably turned out a bit dry. The same goes for burrata, buffalo mozzarella, and ricotta, which are excluded from my personal menu precisely because of their lactose content. Despite this small quibble, Osteria Der Tempo Perso remains our favorite destination for dinners with friends, whether celiac or not. A place we always return to with genuine pleasure. Highly recommended!

The place is very, very chaotic. The acoustics inside really leave much to be desired, and let's just say that after spending a couple of hours inside, there's a serious risk of leaving with a headache. The mixed antipasto is mediocre, neither good nor bad. Cured meats and cheeses are from the supermarket. The beans with pork rinds taste good, but they're cooked incorrectly (the beans are too hard). The prices are too high for both the quality of the ingredients and the type of restaurant it is.

We tried it just last night, so it was a Tuesday evening in the second half of August. We found quality, availability, and above all courtesy, both in the service and the welcome, but especially in the food we ate. Let's take it in order: there were five of us, three of whom were children. It was also one of our three's birthdays :D We discovered that all the fried foods and desserts are gluten-free, while the rest are available both gluten-free and gluten-free. This in itself is a plus, especially for those like me who are looking for gluten-free-friendly places. The chef is very knowledgeable and attentive, as is all the staff. She's not a certified gluten-free expert, but honestly, that doesn't matter because you can be a certified gluten-free expert and not do one of the things they "teach" or "explain" to you... but back to us. We ordered suppli and a pizza for one with two waters, a reasonable price, but above all, we left feeling full, not stuffed, and having eaten divinely. If I really had to add a comment, the suppli, or rather the rice, were a bit overcooked, but the exceptional breading more than made up for it. The pizzas were truly divine, starting with the birthday boy's red one, moving on to the mozzarella, bresaola, and parmesan shavings focaccia (without arugula because he asked not to add it), and the Margherita (which the two girls shared), all strictly gluten-free, right up to the eggplant and classic crostini (these with gluten). Another plus: they were served in slices for the kids, except for the focaccia, which, rightfully, would have been destroyed. What else can I say? There's no extra charge for gluten-free, which is much appreciated... They also have several lactose-free desserts (unfortunately, not all of them), but above all, the chef updates her pizzas based on her customers' opinions, such as not using gluten-containing flours (which is much appreciated). Just to be fair, they only use gluten-free starch (this is always true for pizzas). What else can I say? Definitely worth returning. For those who come, it's not easy to find a table, but there are plenty nearby, and the hassle of finding a table will be worth it for the delicious food.

Smiling and very friendly waitress. Large portion, very large!! Option to take away unfinished pizzas. The only downside for our group was the tiramisu, which was too sweet. I'm a sweet tooth, though! Definitely coming back. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Thank you.

Amatriciana really delicious, even worth a second!

This was the second time we went to this restaurant. The first time there were a lot of people and we ate inside. All good. The second time, May 2025, we went early for dinner. We had a table outside. My wife was satisfied with what she ate, but I was not. I had ordered fried pecorino cheese with spicy chicory and spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper as an appetizer. The pecorino cheese was salty, even if it was right, but the chicory was not spicy at all. The spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper did not have even a hint of the latter. When I complained, I was judged as someone who eats very spicy food. We paid 73.5 euros for two. I was not satisfied. My wife was.
