Carbonara was good, just slightly too salty

On the top floor of the hotel, on the top floor of the hotel. The map says "0th floor," making it difficult for tourists to find. If you're craving a truffle and steak combo in Florence with a view, this is undoubtedly the best choice. The steak is a bit rare for Asians; ask the waiter for it to be well-done. Unfortunately, they didn't have black truffles today, only white ones, which was a bit of a shame. The steak and truffle combo cost 50 euros, which isn't cheap. However, the service was excellent; the staff were all smiling and enthusiastic. It's best to make a reservation. There's an elevator to the top floor, which is another flight of stairs. Evening is the ideal time to dine.

It was a little hard to find, but there's a sign posted like the one in the photo, so it'll be easy if you look for it! It's a restaurant on the hotel rooftop. From the hotel entrance, take the stairs to the top, then take the elevator up one more flight of stairs and you'll find the restaurant! The manager-like person at the entrance was a bit blunt, but I didn't feel unfriendly at all. The curly-haired server who took our table's order was incredibly friendly! The menu is written in cursive, so ordering can be a bit tricky... It's better to show them a picture and order! I personally haven't tried much truffle, but this was the best truffle dish I've ever had!! The sauce is delicious, and I highly recommend it! The mushroom pasta was just okay. We didn't make a reservation, so we were seated next to the counter, but it was better than the sunny terrace. The overall atmosphere was nice, so I didn't think much of it. I highly recommend it!

A pleasant terrace, the food is average, if you are nearby and want a terrace you can go there but it is not an unforgettable taste that makes you say wow.

tldr; A place where you pay for the view and truffle. Food is nothing special. The cheesecake is a cross between a basque and traditional but isnt something memorable. We did a walk-in but was only seated on the lower floor. Service was slow even though they weren't full. There were flies while we were eating we even got one in our wine(which they gladly changed) We ordered the pasta and special(deer). The food was good but was more expensive than the usual which isnt surprising since they have a nice view. If you want to guarantee a nice view make a reservation.

My favorite restaurant in town. Osteria delle 3 panche is unbeatable. If it were up to me, I'd eat there every day. Haha. Luckily, I live nearby.

Unfortunately we went there without reservation and couldn’t find a table, the food looked incredible, but we came there to try their cheesecake and we had to order it to go, ate it at home, and OMG ! One of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had in my life, the atmosphere looked gorgeous too.. i would love to come back and will never miss any chance to have that YUMMY cheesecake🫶🏻 Enterance was a bit tricky following the map, its on the first floor inside a hotel.

Antipasto e dolce erano molto buoni, suggerisco la loro cheesecake con ricetta antica è davvero squisita tuttavia le porzioni dei piatti principali erano veramente ridotte e anche la qualità non era ottima rispetto al prezzo. Abbiamo preso una pasta e un secondo e non avevano nulla di speciale. Il contesto e la vista sono molto piacevoli, si vede la città e si è attorniati da piante e fiori. Molto romantico sicuramente. Anche il servizio è ottimo. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato la qualità del cibo e piatti dovrebbe essere superiore

Este restaurante se encuentra en la parte superior del hotel The Hermitage. La decoración en el salón del hotel (4a planta) es cómoda y lujosa. Tienes que tomar el ascensor (o escaleras) al 5o piso. Debido al mal tiempo no pudimos sentarnos fuera, pero estábamos sentados en una zona agradable y acogedora. Me encantó la música relajante. El personal era amable y profesional. La comida era buena. Pedimos un primer plato para compartir que no llegó y nuestro principal fue primero, preguntamos dónde estaba y lo compraron después. El pan estaba rancio y no era comestible, pero nos cobraron un «cargo de cobertura» de 8 euros. Solo hay un aseo en el restaurante y era imposible entrar allí ya que había una cola constante por lo que tuve que localizar otro en el cuarto piso al salir. Tomamos un entrante, dos pastas de trufa, una espinaca y una copa de vino y la factura fue de 100 euros. En general fue una noche muy agradable y la ubicación es preciosa.
