A pleasant evening, accompanied by a very good pizza and spent in a quiet and secluded room was altered by the behavior of the lady at the cash register; who, in an annoying manner, argued with a waitress while we helplessly waited to pay. Even during the payment her cooperation was almost non-existent, a small problem with my friend's ATM seemed insurmountable... Don't worry, we wouldn't have left without paying.

Excellent experience at Osteria dell’Angelo. The products are top quality, carefully selected and enhanced by a truly excellent typical Piacenza cuisine, which combines tradition and genuine flavors in every dish. The pizza is delicious: light dough, well cooked, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The staff is friendly, cordial and pleasant, always available and ready to make every customer feel at home. A place where you eat well, you breathe authenticity and you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Best meal after 7 days in Italy

Pernottiamo con amici a San Rocco al Porto (LO) ; avendo già visto i locali, scegliamo " Osteria dell'Angelo" a 5 minuti di macchina. La prima sera è stata decisiva: ordiniamo, piatti ottimi, ho gradito " La merenda della nonna" quelle polpettine col sugo di pomodoro che ho mangiato con lo "Gnocco" a mò di scarpetta: una goduria; era esaurito il Baccalà fritto: optiamo per " Battilardo di spalla cotta di San Secondo e bufala fresca" chiedendo di lasciarci il "fuori menù". Cristina proprietaria e cuoca ci chiede se va tutto bene, SI , pesce per la sera del venerdì. Ci stupisce con tre antipastini ed un primo piatto: una cheesecake salata con seppia su una crema di piselli ( un TOP ), un involtino croccante allo spada ed una "zuppetta" di pesce con pane abbrustolito, ( questo bastava per una cena) , poi un piatto di pasta fatta da Lei con vongole e broccoli ( tanta roba!). Per non farci mancare niente e per assaggiare la pizza siamo tornati anche la sera dopo. Andrea sei un grande, il tuo prodotto è squisito ed abbondante, ho assaggiato la Napoli " ma non solo ", continua cosi e non cambiare. Consiglio una visita per chi è di passaggio, chiedete quello che più vi aggrada ( a me lo Spiedino di porcini fritti ). All'Osteria dell'Angelo un grazie per come ci avete accolto! Excellent pizza 🍕 good service and very friendly staff. I recommend it

The pizza is very good and well seasoned. The characteristic is the very thin mixture which makes digestion easy. For those with lactose intolerance they have lactose-free mozzarella. The good pizza is accompanied by attentive, helpful and friendly dining room staff. I recommend trying it to everyone, families, couples and friends. Better to book because it is often full on weekends
