An informal environment in which an excellent focaccia al formaccio is served, also available in other versions in addition to the traditional one, and you can also enjoy other delicious dishes of Ligurian cuisine; attentive and friendly service. Acquasanta is also worth a visit for the spa and the spectacular basilica. a sweet memory from many years ago

After a relaxing afternoon at the spa, we decided to have dinner at Osteria Dell'Acquasanta. To start, we shared a really tasty mixed appetizer: homemade savory pies, quality cured meats, a slice of rustic pizza and a cheese focaccia.
To follow, my partner chose gnocchi with red pesto, while I opted for sausage with broccoli. To finish on a sweet note, we shared a chocolate panna cotta.
A much-appreciated gesture was the offer of two glasses of wine by the host, a friendly and helpful gentleman. All the dishes were genuine and home-made, just as we expected. The quality-price ratio, as you can see from the attached photo, is excellent. Recommended for an informal and tasty dinner.

Specialità genovesi.. ottimo il cotechino con le lenticchie…buone le lasagne zucca e verza! Ottimo il brasato..Consigliato!

Ho prenotato x le 14 , siamo stati accolti bene, varia scelta di piatti .
Ho preso fettuccine con sigo do Gallinella e gamberi eccezionale e poi uno spezzatino di castrato con melanzane in fricassea..
Un buon Nebbiolo..
Conto giusto ..
locale pulito stile rustico e titolare veramente gentile!

A beautiful presence. Very friendly staff. Large venue. I took the Mandilli with pesto. The pesto was decent, but the pasta was overcooked, so the pesto wasn't absorbed well. Like the second course, I tried the stuffed calamari, the taste was good, but it was cold, I would have liked it warmer. I also tasted it overcooked, very good and tasty, but always very cold, probably only two people to serve a large room, it's not enough, so the dishes get cold before reaching the table.
