Chef Rosanna is the only one who surpassed my grandma’s pasta, she was first generation of Italian descendant in Argentina and her pasta was masterful, this is an absolutely beautiful place where you eat enjoying an AMAZING view, I came back the next day to have the same experience, absolute excellence in cooking, wines? choose blindly from local options and it won’t fail they’re all exquisite, waiters treated us very well, I speak from the authority of a senior cook with experience in high end restaurants and pasta making, they deserve fame, standing ovation to this place, my best Italian experience together with da Michele in Napoli.

AMAZING! Everything was perfect. Starting from amazing views. An impeccabile service. And the FOOD! We shared all three dishes and they were just out of this world. The tartar with fresh garden tomatoes, the PASTA with ragout and sausage and potatoes. We also drank a beautiful local Sangiovese. We stayed in palazzo Viviani and got a 10% discount. Both the hotel and restaurant made our stay in Montegridolfo magical.

A very nice restaurant. The food is very tasty and well-prepared. The service is fast and attentive! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the wonderful view. We've been there twice this week and it was a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Superlative cuisine, a charming atmosphere, and professional, smiling, and welcoming staff. For two weeks, we dined every evening at Osteria dell'Accademia and it was like feeling at home: thank you, Rosanna and Maurizio! See you soon!

Siamo stati a cena (in famiglia, tre persone) in questo ristorante veramente accogliente e curato. Il cibo è qualcosa di straordinario, i sapori decisi ed equilibrati. Abbiamo preso primi, secondi, dolci e tutto è stato eccellente (le pappardelle al cinghiale con ricetta dell' Artusi le più buone che abbia mai assaggiato in vita mia). La cucina a vista, la professionalità e gentilezza del servizio completano un quadro veramente incantevole.
